They handled my car great. Then a couple months later Fremont Ford called me trying to get me to bring my car in for service. It was very confusing, because I didnt technically bring my car to Ford, to the body shop. I was very unhappy, almost offended, to get a call basically harassing me to bring my car in for service, while I have a perfectly fine service package at my dealership. UPDATE: they have called me 4 times. Each time with me asking them to not call. Very frustrating, borderline harassment. I wont be back.

This is the worst place ever. I left with more damage then I started with! Customer service is the worst! I cant even put how bad this auto body shop is! In fact the dealership is just as bad! Dont waste your time here.
