Time waste to go there. I went there to take quote for my car and want to drop my car for denting and painting. They took pictures of my car and told that they will send the quote in two days, I waited for two weeks no response from them though I approached them many times. I suggest dont waste your time by going there with your car. And the kind of response I got from them is frustrated, on top of that front desk response was also worst. I will never go to this place again.

Cars are expensive nowadays, Teslas are expensive, and the reality about auto body repair is that it is an art. The staff at this location, from the office staff to the artists in the body shop did an impeccable job on my Model X. I was impressed with the cosmetic results on the car and both the integrity and efficiency of the manner in which this body shop conducts its business. I recommend them highly.

My car got a hit by someone, and she took all the responbility. Then her insurance (AAA) recommand me to fix in this body shop. However, it took 1 months to finish it. As I knew, most cases only needs 1 week. Furthermore, the rental car company (Herz) doesnt work well. Only one car need can be chosen, and it definitly not what I want. Believe me, do not go there if you have other choice.

was referred by my insurance company. Drove to estimate my car. was promised estimate the same day and still waiting. called to remind about it, was promised again and no estimate. that is not a proper way to deal with customers .
