Ken came out to give my wife and I an estimate and he was straight forward and clear. The final cost was well within his estimate which I was very appreciative of. He even brought a generator because I had told him that we were concerned about our refrigerator being without power. He is very knowledgeable and instills confidence in you as a customer. I would definitely recommend him!
