I was randomly searching on the internet for an electrician and saw that W.A.G. Electric lives/works out of the same city I live in, Pico RIvera. Well I just called this company and the individual who answered the phone said "Hello". To me that alone speaks volumes whereas I figured he works alone and does not have a staff working for him. Therefore the first question I asked him politely was "Are you a certified electrician" and he replied "What". So I repeated myself and asked "If you are certified to do electrical work at my home" and then he just hung up on me! To elaborate on our conversation, I could tell he was most likely working on a job, but that was not an excuse for him to hand up on me in my opinion. And yes I read the 2 positive reviews of this "gentleman" (which Im sure he is), but that was very unprofessional of him to hang up on me like that. He couldve (shouldve) asked me why I am asking him if hes a certified electrician so it would clarify to me that that hes not a handy man. I rarely post any reviews on the internet, but because hes from my home town of Pico RIvera (I assume he is), that was just plain rude of him to hang up on me before I even got a chance to ask him what type of electrical work I needed for my home. Therefore he gets 2 Thumbs Down from me! I wouldnt recommend this individual to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience working with Grig. He was knowledgeable and patient and really went the distance to make sure my husband and I were happy with his work. Day of installation both he and his installer worked hard to make sure everything was spaced out appropriately and left everything very clean. He even called after the job was done to make sure we were still happy and not having any issues. Not a lot of companies do that anymore which really makes them stand out from the rest. We will definitely call them again!
