We are new homeowners and were in need of an electrician during their busy time of the year (end of summer) to upgrade our electrical panel and install new light switches. We struggled to find an electrician who was willing to perform this type of work until Randy called us back. He was very knowledgeable from the beginning and explained all of the work that the job would entail. We felt comfortable going with him and his company based on his expertise, presented knowledge, and upfront disclosures. Randy made multiple trips to our house to ensure that the job was done accurately and up to code. This included meeting with the Edison inspector and coming back to fix whatever was needed to ensure a quality job. We were very happy with Randy and appreciated that his services for a job were inclusive of whatever needed to be fixed for that particular job. As new homeowners, that also gave us piece of mind since we were unaware of how the electrical was wired. I would highly recommend Triplex Electric to anyone who wants their electrical work done right and with a sense of urgency.

After recently moving into our townhome, my wife and I decided that we needed some electrical work done. We needed a new ceiling fan installed in one of the bedrooms and to move a previously installed fan to a different location in the kitchen. In addition, some other items we needed done was to install a porch light, repair the lighting on the stair switches (which was previously wired incorrectly), install a chandelier in the dining room and troubleshoot and repair the outside outlet in the back patio area. Mr. White did excellent work on all these and explained to us at every step along the way what he was going to do and how long it would take. His workmanship was top notch and professional. We definitely will be using him again on any electrical work we need to have done and I will recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work completed.

We had a major electrical problem that could have been very dangerous. We needed response right away. Fortunately we located the number for Triplex Electric. I explained our problem and an hour later a very professional electrician from Triplex electric was at my door ready to trouble shoot. He checked all necessary outlets and shortly located the problem, repaired it as well as minor problems that might have developed into bigger ones later. He completely explained what had to be done, how long it would probably take and estimated how much it would cost to repair. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results. Triplex Electric will be our solution to electric problems in the future.

I called Triplex with an electrical outlet problem. Before coming out to service, Randy had me do a circuit breaker check with advise by phone that solved the problem. He easily could have made a service call, charged $75 them talked me into replacing the perfectly good circuit breaker for $100s more. Randy earned no money but earned my full support for any future electrical problems. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a truly honest service professional.

Randy promptly responded and was able to quickly identify the issue. Within an hour and a half, he had installed some new electrical parts and my lights were back on. My wife and I moved into a 1950s home in Long Beach and Randy came out to install a whole house fan. He was very thorough in explaining to us the needs of the house and how the system works. While we are not ready for an air conditioning unit yet, when we are, Triplex Electric will be our choice. Randy was on time, courteous, and left everything clean.

Called Triplex Saturday at noon because 1/2 of my houses electrical went out. Randy said hell finish his current job shortly and come over afterwards; he was there by 3:00. Profession, courteous and fairly priced, Randy finished the job and more. Almost makes me wish I had more electrical problems !!

Run away! This guy wouldnt even give me his hourly rate on the phone. In my opinion, this seems totally dishonest and unethical. Ive called 2 other places that were happy to give me their hourly rates. just my opinion.
