A simple reroof project that was supposed to take 1 weeks dragged on for over 2 months. Although the work crew were pretty good they were completely apprehensive and scared to talk to Kevin Deyoe (project supervisor) regarding questions that arose along the way. Kevin displayed a total inability to communicate with his crew or myself regarding the project and I found myself constantly having to double check and correct his work. He claimed to have filed permits with the city but didnt do so until I asked for proof. He installed the wrong gutter and skylights claiming they were the ones we chose. Many of the items he said would be done in the statement of work were not including cleaning inside and outside of the property during the project. I would caution anyone choosing to work with Hull Brothers and Kevin in particular.

I own 2 commercial properties in Culver City. The 1st. is an apartment building which had a very bad leak in the #4 unit. They came out right away a did a temporary patchthe same day until the rain stopped. The owner then came out and inspected and told me That a new complete roofing job had to be done. The old roof was over 30 years old and I new it was going to be bad. Once they opened up and saw how much wooden plank damage there was they replaced all the necessary wood that was rotted out due to termites and water damage. They explained the whole process along the way and completed the job on time. I was very impressed with their workmanship and also keeping the work area clean every day. The company I work for hired them to waterproof a roof. As soon as they had an opening they came out on time, told us exactly what they were going to do and as quoted did the job in 1 day. It was great!! We had to have them come back to do 1 very minor thing and instead of showing up 4 days later they ended up coming that same day to fix it. Geno and Denise were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of roofing project done.

I am a property manager and was referrend to this company 3 years ago. By far, best roofer I have dealt with. Easy to get in touch with, communicates what work is needed, fair price and backs up his work. Best of all his work is fantastic and cant remember a time when roof leaked again after his work was finished. Has solved problems other roofers have not been able to. I highly recommend them!
