I would like to share our good roofing experience. I am grateful that I choose Final Touch Roofing. First off I must say, the owner, Ovi is a genuinely sweet person, you get a sense of trust when you talk to him. We needed to reroof a storage facility, which had many leaks and was very hot during the summer months. I got many bids and a few options of what each contractor suggested. We decided to go with, Ovi from Final Touch Roofing for a few reasons, but mainly the owner, Ovi was a patient man that always answered his phone, when I called to ask more questions. He never once gave me a feeling like I was bothering him. Always answered with patience. Lastly another main reason we chose them is because his price was fair and his knowledge of commercial roofing was obvious. We scheduled the re-roof for mid March. The roofing crew showed up every day and worked till late. Ovi came by daily to supervise and look over things, sometimes twice a day and I would even see him sitting to wait of the roof inspector on the inspection days. I guess that is how it works when you reroof. We were kept in the know how about the complete process, every day. The roof is done now and looks really good. The best part besides not having leaks is that the storage facility is much cooler thanks to the white coating material (title 24) that they used. Furthermore, they added extra vents without an added cost, to help cool the small attic space that we have. Over all I could say that I was nervous about the roofing process but had a good experience with Final Touch Roofing.

I took my time on choosing the right roof contractor for my project. I am a very specific on the small details and I need to know that the person handling this project would understand my needs. I was very impressed with the great care that the crew from Final Touch Roofing took when doing the tear off especially in the back yard where I have these very delicate plants. and a new pool that we just re-plastered. They covered a lot of the areas so that the debris did not fall into the pool. Our roof consists of both flat and composition shingles. The noise level was loud on the day of the tear off and bearable on the days that the that the plywood and shingles were being put on. The flat area was done simultaneously.They also replaced some of the rafters that were warped and damaged. The roof is done and looks great. My roof has been leaking for the last few years. I knew that I had to get a new roof before next winter. When I met Ovi with Final Touch, He showed me different options for my roofing types. Because I live in the valley, where summers are scorching hot, I chose to go with Solaris roofing shingles. It is complete genius!! Its made with asphalt reflective granules to reflect the sun and keep the roof 20 degrees cooler. So thrilled Ovi suggested this option for me. Even though it was a bit more expensive, I will get a tax rebate, plus its saving me money on my electric bill! Thank You

Just a thank you to Ovie and his crew. In 2014 the replaced the underlayment under our clay one piece tile. Roof looks good and has no problems. Last month again I hired him to repair our leaky roof on our rental property in Van Nuys. He is an honest contractor . Recommended.
