My experience with American West Roofing was a completely positive one. The estimate was honest, and there were no hidden costs. I investigated the company, and discovered that their claims were honest. A company that has had no complaints in 20 years (that was how long they had been around at the time of my roof installation), is a company worth trusting. This is not a new company. This one has been around the block, and that mattered to me. If I had a question, the owner was available to provide answers. I was advised up front of the possible additional items that would be added to the cost of the contract. They were completely outlined in the proposal I was offered. I was advised of the additional costs of materials prior to any installations. It pleased me to no end to be offered the option prior to any changes being made. The work was completed so quickly. My roof has saved me over one-hundred dollars each month on my electric bill! Its an investment I am delighted I made and I would not hesitate in referring this company to my mother (that should say it all).

American West Roofing Contractors is owned by Wayne Croskery and in my opinion is the BEST ROOFING COMPANY in the Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas. They specialize in fixing old roofs and installing the new Title 24 Compliant Cool Roof, which is much more energy efficient and will end up saving homeowners around $80-$100 per month on heating and cooling bills. If you are looking for a dependable and professional roofing contractor I cannot recommend American West Roofing Contractors highly enough. Keep up the AWESOME work Wayne!

Every step of the way, Wayne explained what was needed, the recommended course of action, including labor and materials costs, and mapped out a time frame for getting the job done. Timely, honest, available, responsive, fair..what more could you ask for in a roofer. Other contractors wanted to replace sections of the roof. Wayne with American West Roofing said that was not needed and finished the work the next day. He went the extra mile and talked me through and explained everything he did.
