This company is amazing and the job they did was fantastic! The estimate, provided in under two days, was very reasonable and well within the range of the 4 other bids we had. They kept in touch with us regularly by e-mail about the starting date and when the job started, they put 5 men on the crew. Those guys were extremely careful about protecting the old tiles that were being reset and they left the job in a pristine condition. When there were some additional charges for unplanned purchases of materials - and the amounts were pretty small - they let us know immediately by phone and by e-mail so that we would be kept abreast of any changes in the job or the price as they went along. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone. They are by far the best contractor we have retained and there have been many over the years.

I just called GreatWay Roofing in Simi Valley and was quite surprised that someone answered my call at 6:25 p.m. on Monday (4/24/16) evening as I expected to leave a voicemail message. I advised the woman that answered that I would like to get an estimate for approximately 120 feet of drip edge so, I can have rain gutters installed on our home. She asked if I wanted rain gutters installed. I advised her I already had someone else scheduled to install the rain gutters but I just wanted them to install the drip edge. At that point, she just hung up on me! Amazing customer service! Unbelievable!

This place was recommended by my neighbor to me because they used to do the same job before. Our roof needs to be replaced due to years and many damages on it. They inspect and had an estimate. We discuss about the roof and explained what they need to do. I am glad the way they explained it to me. They easy to work with. Seriously, they are one of the best.

It took them 9 days to get back an estimate to me. I gave them a week which is plenty of time. They knew I had other bids coming in. When I told them I had hired someone else, they hung up on me. This is not very professional in my opinion. If they are so worried about their rating, they sure didnt try very hard.
