just called this guy to ask for a estimate at my home because i dont know if i need a repair or replacement. he had the nerve to tell me if there are other roofers coming out he wont come look at it! i work in construction myself and know this is bad business practice. why would anyone assume the first contractor that came out was right and you need it replaced and not repaired. any smart consumer would check with other contractors before just handing over there hard earned money. dont use this guy please!!!!

The Roof Doctor held the roof warranty when I bought my house in 2006. Every time it rained, the roof leaked. For the first year he came out, but could never fix the leak. After the warranty ran out I paid him around $350 two or 3 times to fix the leaks, still no fix! He came out a couple more times but did not charge me, and, you guessed it, the roof still leaks. And I now have a few thousand dollars of ceiling repair to get done after I get a real roofer to fix the roof.

Terrible experience. Ray came out three time to fix a leak, but the roof was never fixed. He was also completely rude from the start. I had to call out someone else to fix the leak. I also had to complain to the State Contractors License Board about Roof Doctor. My recommendation is to avoid him. A one star review is too nice.

I Paid this guy thousands of dollars to fix my roof and when it started to rain and the roof still leaked, he wanted to charge MORE money to come out and fix the leaks!!!! He mickey moused the whole job.
