Lucky Day

Terrible customer service, awful repair job. Try to get General Manager Ed Duarte to call you back without waiting weeks and without calling and emailing to pester the office staff to get him to call. Same goes with him not returning calls/emails to my insurance company for WEEKS. Insurance adjuster had to call me twice to ask why Ed wouldnt return her calls. The work was sloppy and unprofessional, and while Duarte did apologize he also made lame excuses like "well they left debris (nails, tar paper, tile chunks) in your gutters because they couldnt reach without falling off the roof". My gutters are 7.5 off the ground. Of greatest concern were the repair cuts to the tile. They were very crooked and looked terrible from the street view. The second repair crew did it right, thankfully, but its gut wrenching to think some jackasses may have ruined your roof and depreciated the value of your home. Also, because of Mr. Duartes minority opinion which is contrary to how EVERYONE else installs tile roofing, my insurance company of course jumped at the chance to quote him as the expert, and they didnt cover my $5,000 repair bill. EVERY roofer installs tile in the manner Duarte said was incorrect, and those jobs are all inspected and repaired. These people are a nightmare I wish I never encountered. Am still considering legal action over his stupid report which is only his opinion. I dont know roofing, but I know these are not the roofers you want. I had friends and relatives (3 other houses ) that had roof leaks due to that Dec. 15 downpour. I made sure they called a different roofer. I wish I had been patient enough to wait for my local guy to do the work. Talk about ethical- at least of these reviews are posted by employees. Makes you wonder how many of the other 5-stars are family or friends. Final observation: Even the owners wont call or respond to repeated emails!

Fresno Roofing is the place to go for replacement tiles. Besides their normal lines of new roofing material, they have a huge inventory of salvaged tiles that may not the manufactured any more. A homeowner can purchase a couple of tiles to replace broken ones for an existing roof. You can see samples to get a good match
