Horrible customer service. After calling and emailing without response, I finally received a call back. We scheduled the inspection in their earliest time available which was 3 weeks out. I received a call 1 week before the appointment and they said they had to cancel and reschedule. Their earliest date was another 2 weeks. I have decided to go elsewhere to a company who wants my business. I cant imagine having a warranty with RoofRX and actually needing to use them because in the event of a problem, they will not be there for you in a timely manor.

We have used Roof RX for a few years now and for probably over 10 jobs. Carlos is quick about scheduling inspections and very fast at turning around reports. We love working with him and he will get all of our roof business. He is a very honest guy when it comes to quoting you for what you really need and not trying to up-sell you. I was pleased with their work and they always take before and after pictures of the work done. With the latest storms,they have been swamped with repairs so understandably repairing our eaves was not high priority. Once they made it out, Scott and Carlos completed it to our satisfaction. There was a dropped communication on the scheduling for this, but luckily we were home. All in all, they did a great job.

This experience was professional and the explanation of the work was detailed and documented via photos. I would highly recommend Roof Rx. I had used someone who worked independently (but was licensed) to repair the roof. I had to call him back two times after the initial repair. He admitted he was unable to find the source of the leak.No such thing with Roof Rx. It was once and done.
