Very disappointed. 6 months ago. I go there for check engine light on my dashboard. they tell me that is due to EGR control solenoid and EGR vacuum controller failure and the car will not pass the smog if it is not taking care off among a bad front axe. I do oil change, front axe change and came back for the 2 EGR 3 weeks ago to pass the smog right. They recheck to see if nothing as change and tell me that is is the same. bill me $380 to change the parts but the dashboard light goes on 2 seconds after I live the place driving. I go back the next day, talk to them and ask to fix this cause I have a smog due. triple check. It is the same issue, they say no problem it is under warranty and we will take it to a smog check station. They keep the car several days, tell me that they need to rechange the parts because they are at default and have to drive the car 5 times on hills. still doesnt do it. daskboard light still on. Then they say will need to go to the manufacturer to reset the computer. Still nothing. Finally after coming back on the 5 day. It is fixed. They fund something else tho that had nothing to do with the EGR at the first place. and billed another $300 for changing the map sensor and to finish my gas tank is empty, 0. I argue, nicely with proper diplomacy, politely, about the process cause I had to rent a car in order to work, also the necessity of the first bill and they pool out the large tank guy in the back with tatoos all over his body. Very nice. You need a tail light change lol! ok!, a tire change or rotation ok! but avoid mecanic there...

ATTENTION!!! I would give no more than 2 stars. The only thing they could done pretty well only for tire service. Like the name "Daly City Tire...". The owner is nice. He knows what hes doing. But hes mechanic dont have a lot of experience how to fix and do multi point inspection for the engine. I have to bring my cars back many times, and they still cant fix it, even worse. I spend so many times and money go and forward to this place, not even worth it. Also, they cant manage the time as they told to customer, always get behind. Every time they told you or you asked them to call you back, they never did even once, you have to wait and wait finally you have to call them back or walk in to their place. This everything I could say depend on my experience and everyone experience on the reviews.

I called this place around 6pm to see if they were available to change the oil in my car. They said they had time so I headed right over. I pulled up, they told me to pull my car in. I waited there while they changed the oil, took probably less than half an hour. Quick, good service, helpful and good explanations, didnt try to sell me anything else, Im definitely happy with their service and will be back.

Ive been going here for a few years now. Generally they have good prices for tires and the service is pretty good. If you dont want to get ripped off this is a place to come. Just dont expect them to fix anything other than tires or brakes. They charged me $30 to add a quart of oil when the car was stalling out. Turns out that it needs new spark plugs.

I just wanted to express how impressed and how satisfied I was with the service I had done on my car. They are very professional, plus there honestly deserves a lot of respect and they go out of there way to make the customer happy. I also like the fact that when you bring your car in, you dont have to bring it back for the same thing again and again.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service from Richard Tan and the folks at Bay Auto Club. They took me in the back while my car was on risers to show and explain everything to me. They really gained my trust and I respect that they took the time to educate me on what was going on with my car. Ill be back!

Very bad service. Dont ever come here for mechanic or tire repair. They overcharge and will destroy your car. Employees dont know what theyre doing!!

Dont go here. They scraped the paint off my rim in 2 places and gave me back the tire like it was no problem, got no discount or anything
