I went in for two reasons: needed an oil change and wanted to get a report on the condition of my brakes (yknow, the "inspection" part of any oil change). I came in armed with a $29.99 coupon (woo hoo!). Asked for wiper blades, too. The TV screen with menu prices showed $15 for wiper blades. My charge ended up being $100. They upped me for synthetic oil (and didnt ask me - or tell me - they were doing so). The wipers were $30 - not $15. The worst part was when I paid, I asked for the condition report on my brakes. The guy checking me out said Let me check which I thought odd. I went out with him and he said I need new pads in the front. I told him Id take the work elsewhere, as I paid for this with the oil change and it either wasnt done - but certainly wasnt reported. So - recapping, their published prices are complete bull, and they dont do what they say theyre going to do. Oh, and they take 3x longer than Oil Can Henrys.

I ordered two front tires for my Infiniti g37s sedan on 4/18/16 . Supposedly they were going to be in the next day, three days later they installed the wrong tires. I ordered two 225/50/18 W rated tires, what they installed were suv tires. 225/50/18 V rated tires. This is not what I paid for. The tires I paid for were nokian tires from Finland the tires they installed were nankang tires from Taiwan. I told them these are not the tires I paid for but since I drove away they refused to give me a refund, and they wanted to charge me more for W rated tires, but I had already paid in full. The old switch and bait. Midas on 1800 alemany Blvd is employed by shady people. Midas cant be trusted.

I went here since I got my last couple oil changes here. When I asked if they still had the 19.95 special I was told that its now 34.95 plus tax in less than a pleasant manor so I left. When I look on your website i find a coupon for 24.99 which I would have paid . Your employee cost you a customer and should be taught proper customer service skills. How many customers do you think he has blown off in this manor

Very pleased with my experience here. Mechanics (Walter & Kong) stopped work to show me exactly what problems they found. A critical part turned out to be three times as expensive as initial estimate, however they only charged the the price originally quoted. Impressive. Albertos exceptionally polite customer service and timely updates earn this location my strong recommendation.

so bad these guys have such a bad attitude and worst of all none of them care for the customer I waited 20 mins for someone to come tell me what my situation is no one did so I just left.. never coming to this place not recommended 6 workers people at the country and none had the time to ask

This Midas is fair and pretty efficient. They dont try to push things on you that you do not need like some oil change/repair places. Some of their other services beside simple procedures can be a little expensive but definitely my go-to place for oil changes. They often have coupons as well.

I made an appointment for a dead hour in the afternoon and was told Id need to wait an hour to get an oil change when I got there. Very very poor management on their part. I understand some work takes priority for techs, but if you cant honor your appointments, why bother offering them?

Very friendly staff. They keep dog treats on hand too so dont be afraid to bring you furry friend with you to wait out the fix on your vehicle. Very small parking lot so keep that in mind. They explained the procedure to ensure I understood what they were doing.

Im all about client service but to keep a person waiting without any acknoledgment until I ask them if theyre free..is unacceptable. I was referred by a friend and honestly I will not refer any one else here. (In the lobby still waiting).

Took 5 days to replace the rear brakes.,ordered the wrong parts 3 times,,now the front brakes (which werent worked on) have been squeeking since i,left. Friendly & enthusiastic tho

Dont ever visit this place. They said 45 minutes just for an oil change and its been more than an hour and i am still waiting. Worst oil change experience i have ever had.
