I really appreciated the honesty of the guy that helped me. My one tire was really wearing out strangely. He explained & took the time to explain the importance of tire rotation & alignment, being the reason for the wearing of one & another tire out not equally. He also litereally showed me also the wearing out of my brakes. He worked with me on my budget & prices available on tires & the brake warranty. I am so happy with my 4 new tires & new brakes. My boyfriend is bringing his car next week for some repairs too Excellent service,.

Our local garage were not able to solve noisy rear (drum) brakes on my wifes venerable (1998) Saturn. The Midas Team quickly spotted the problem and fixed same. I decided to wait for the car and witnessed the Staff meeting, greeting and servicing their Customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. I have been in the Service (Car Rental) industry for many years and these guys are great. Go Midas!

These folks were great. We were a long ways from home with a disabled vehicle. We came in on an emergency basis on a weekend, no appointment, and they pleasantly agreed to look at our vehicle ASAP. Within short order they had diagnosed and fixed the problem that had threatened to ruin our entire trip. The personnel here are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I went there to inspect my Car. All they care is money first and customer service Last. I saw a lady already struggling with her car because they didnt order her part and they didnt inform her. She wasted her time. And for me they didnt even look my car properly and charged me $50 and tried bait and switch. Poor customer service caused me time and lot of pain. Simply avoid !

The best repair shop Ive ever run across! Actually I called some other repair shop to seek help with my trunk lid issue, but eventually decided to go to this one because of Edger, the guy who picked up my phone was so kind, smart, friendly and willing to help and they did solve my problem in the end! Ill definitely go back to this shop and choose to be their regulars!

I went to this midas the other day and the manager Curtis was extremely helpful. I had a broken motor mount and needed new tires and oil change. They did a very good job and got my car in and out of there. Mechanics were very friendly and speedy. I will definitely be returning for my next service. Thank you San Bruno Midas! **Lyft DRIVER MUST READ** For Lyft vehicle inspection, they will charge $50 for a 3 minutes inspection when the Pep Boys which is 20 minutes away in San Carlos only charges $11.75 for the same service. Be wise, my fellow Lyft drivers.

Great service in a convenient location. Very knowledgeable service people. Caveat: Ive only gotten oil changes done here, but Ive seen how they treat customers and run the shop. Definitely a go to place for work within their scope.

On recommendation of the mechanic, had the serpentine belt replaced. Wound up paying over $150 in parts for a serpentine belt for a 4.0 liter v6 in a 1995 Ford Explorer. THATS A 300% MARK UP! Please beware.
