Please take this as a warning and stay far, far away from Polonez. Wed been going to them for over a year, taking in our cars for everything from brakes to oil changes and everything in between. We put a lot of money into their business and a lot of trust into both Peter and Vojtek. Within the last 6 months, we kind of started getting a feeling that something wasnt right. Sometimes wed take a car in and wait far to long to get it back. Sometimes wed get something fixed only to have to take it back again to fix the same thing. They would charge inconsistently. After replacing the brakes with them nearly 5 months ago, we took our car into another mechanic and they told us there was no way that much wear should happen on new brakes in that amount of time. We are convinced they used either cheap materials or maybe even used products. This is a safety issue and a trust issue. Despite both Peter and Vojtek seeming nice, they are a prime example of why average Joes like me cant trust the auto mechanic industry. Take your money, time, and trust elsewhere.

Before deciding on a repair get a quote in writing. I would recommend going to a nationally named dealer or repair service whose prices are a lot better and have a longer warranty. After being a loyal customer for over three years I went through all of my receipts and decided to do a comparison with other repair shops after questioning my last service. They did end up wanting to match the car dealerships price but I paid what was originally quoted...I knew this was the last time I was going there so I paid the full amount and left. Of the $5,000+ in repairs I did with this company I would have saved over $1000 by going somewhere else...even a dealership was cheaper than these guys on numerous occasions. Do your research and save yourself some money.

Keep coming back 3x for my AC and its keep failing. Peter the owner has an attitude towards customers. Poor customer relations. No a reliable shop. Not at all. Finally I went to auto zone bought a rechargeable Ac my self and wella it worked and my AC still working great!! No STAR!
