This is my first time using tailor-made. But so far they have been friendly, very patient, and professional. I had a blown head gasket and they keep you informed of the progress of the work as they move along and they even text pictures of the progress. I like this kind of service. So far so good I will post again when the job is done.

Simple. Easy. Convenient. Honest. Good. Dropped off my car at 5am. Walked to BART. Received a call before lunch that my tire and oil change were done, and they let me know about my throttle body and transmission fluid. All work was done well and on time, and very reasonably priced. See you in 4000 miles!

really friendly staff, good work, fast, and honest. I had my alternator go out and they diagnosed and and installed a new one in half a day. not exactly a discount auto shop but you get what you pay for and this a trustworthy shop!
