Very nice owners here. Will make sure your items are taken care of and ready for you! I brought in a comforter for my bed and wanted it dry cleaned. The label said it could be, and so they took it in. When I went bakc to pick up the backing of the comforter had melted, much to my dismay. I took it bakc to the cleaners and the owner was very distraught that it had happenned; she didnt want me to be cold at night without it. So sweet. :) She offered to buy me a new one, as she was going to send the melted one into the manufacturer. I ordered a new one off Amazon, told her how much I spent, and she wrote me a personal check right there! In summary, the lady who owns this shop (sorry I forgot your name!) definitely cares about her customers and her business. I will be taking all my cleaning needs to her from now on.
