I went today to the laundromat to wash my cloth. I washed two loads of laundry in regular machines. There was not much because I have some clout to laundry because I travel. But 2 colors: light and dark. It is not cheap $2.25 a wash. I dry the cloth, when I start folding I check for underarms and other spots in a shirts. I other laundromat I had sinks and could precast the spots with soap or shout. The cloth was not washed at all. Underarms small like will be not washed at all. The socks was not better, did not have the nice clean smell. The washing time there is only 27 minutes. Normal machines at home the cycle is min 50 min. I told the lady there the machines ddid not wash my cloth at all. She said, o did you add a sop. What ironic , I am 56 yo, working in domestic jobs. I am expert on cleanings and cookings. Please. She said no one complain. Of course because not many people checking their laundry and of the quality of wash. Another thing the machines are very old. I do not recommend the laundromat at all, unless you want waist your time and ruin your cloth. Yes ruin because when not completely well wash and you put in dryer, you bake the dirt, the smell and so on. Then next time is even worse, it is very difficult to take that off.

Put $5 bill in change dispenser. Got $2.75 out. Sign says service counter opens at 8am, it is 8:15 and no one is here. Nice quiet clean place but getting ripped off and not having someone to talk to when it is advertised that I should is not cool. UPDATE At 830 the owner showed up and gave me the rest of my money. I know its only $2.25 but in a city where a lot of business owners wouldnt have cared or made it right, Linda did me a solid. Actually after watching her work I can say I have not seen many business owners as kind and diligent as she is. Truly a model of how business owners should treat their customers. Thank you! I will not go anywhere else to do my laundry in the city!

I just took David out to San Francisco to Sparkle, and he said they didnt have enough water for him to get the wood dust off of his pants...to do his laundry. He said theyre , not clean. Then threatens me by saying that hes going to do something bad to me when I am sick, and give me junk food. He just britched at me, and hes dysfunctional because that is how he was raised.

Super friendly! Family owned and they recognize their regulars. When we just moved into town, they noticed we were new and made conversation with us. Super helpful and their machines are cleaned and maintained regularly. Id definitely walk a few extra blocks to come here.

Great owners/staff - so friendly. Clean, good machines. Open 7am - 10pm daily. Change machine takes $1, 5$, $10 bills. See my photo for service counter hours (dry cleaning, change for $20, wash/fold, other help)

Only cash and coin options. The coin machine doesnt even take card. Luckily, theres a convenience store about a 5 minute walk up the hill. Pretty clean place and not too busy during a week evening.
