For the most part, my laundry came back folded nicely, the dry cleaning came back done well and pressed neatly. I think for returning the clothing, if you have anything that wrinkles easily, maybe wash that on your own; they fold your laundry and then pack it into the bags tightly, so even if they fold nicely initially, things come back kind of wrinkled. That isnt my biggest concern; it was that the pricing was confusing, especially concerning the hang dry items. Their price listing, directly from their website, makes it look like they only charge per item for undergarments and synthetics: Hang Dry Undergarments - $1 (per piece) Synthetics (e.g. active wear) - $2.50 (per piece) All Pants – $7 Sweaters - $7 Blouses - $7 All other items – same as Dry Cleaning / Launder & Press prices above I reviewed this in detail before I decided to hire them just to make sure I could afford everything. They charged me per piece to hang dry the blouses, so JUST TO PUT 14 SHIRTS ON HANGERS IT COST ME $98. My total bill, which included 28 pounds of laundry and two pieces for dry cleaning was $203, reduced to $183 with a first-time buyers discount. The most they could refund me back was $50, and Im glad they did this. But $133 is still way too much for me. I dont think Ill use them again. It wasnt worth it. For the job they did, which includes some items I had to refold and hang myself, I wouldnt pay more than $80. Its a nice idea, but their pricing still needs some tweaking.

I had the WORST experience with Rinse, TWICE. The most recent experience was, it ruined my MaxMara coat. I sent in a Maxmara coat and a J Crew coat for dry clean a few days ago. My MaxMara coat cam back with two brand-new holes on liner right on top of the label, which is quite visible. The J Crew coat came back with a new stain (which wasnt there when I sent in). When I got in touch, Rinse told me that its willing to reimburse me $50, among which $10 is for tear repair. I really dont know any tailor who could fix the tear to like-new condition for $10 in San Francisco. Not to mention the permanent damage to my coat which I spent $2000 on. This is just ridiculous. Also, I probably should mention my first bad experience with Rinse to be fair to the service. I sent in my ALLSAINTS trenchcoat for dryclean. It came back with a half-palm size white stain on the very front of the coat, plus some white circles at the upper back. They washed them again and had someone removed the stain eventually. It wasnt a pleasure process but it was okay as that coat wasnt THAT expensive. I liked how Rinse is organized when I first used it. But I couldnt bear how my favorite coat got treated like this. All I wanna suggest you is, if you have some garments that you really like, dont risk sending it to Rinse.

They used to be great! Ive been using this service since February of this year, but in the last 3-4 times their service has been terrible. I needed my laundry done before a trip to NY and they had to reschedule my pick up time twice before cancelling on me that night. I rescheduled another pick up the next day and indicated that I absolutely needed it back the next day (Sunday) because I left early that Monday morning. I get a call Sunday afternoon that their "guy" that picks up the laundry from their headquarters didnt get there on time so they had to give me back my dirty laundry. Whats worse?! I had to wait until almost 9:30-10pm to even get it back! On a recent order I found an article of clothing in my laundry that didnt belong to me and I just got back dry cleaning with an expensive dress missing! I called and they said "They dropped the ball and forgot to communicate that it would be dropped off separately at a later date". What the hell?! CANT USE THIS SERVICE ANYMORE, THEYVE GOTTEN WAY TOO CARELESS LATELY. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR STUFF. But on the plus side, theyve always been very nice. They just cause inconvenience and lose stuff.

I have had my clothes serviced by Rinse only twice. They ruined my clothes both times. The first time I didnt send any whites. They washed my dark clothes in hot water and shrank them, not to mention using a detergent that gave me a nasty allergic reaction. But I decided to give them one more shot since everyone deserves a second chance, right? Wrong. Second time around I got the exact same thing. Clothes washed in hot water and shrank, whites mixed with colors, and all my whites came back pink - and I was missing a couple shirts. Customer service is completely tone-deaf and they have no authorization to do anything except refund your charges. If they ruin your clothes, thats it. You just lost your clothes. DO NOT USE RINSE. If you want a laundry service, try Laundry Locker.

Awful service. They lost ALL my clothes and have had terrible customer service. at roughly $75 per load of laundry, you want peace of mind knowing your clothes are in good hands. Heads up: with Rinse your clothes are not in good hands. Twice my clothes have returned with at least one article of someone elses clothing and the third (and final) time, they lost my clothes completely. Still waiting to see how their reimbursement procedure goes, but I am not counting on anything good. If you are considering using this service, just know there is a distinct possibility you will never see your clothes again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Where to start the list us so long. Lost some of my clothes, promised to re-clean items that were not properly cleaned and ended up charging me for them and still not properly cleaning them. Ended up charging me twice for items that never got cleaned and to "make it up to me " they gave me a $50 dollar credit after I spent almost $400 with them. Worst service ever. I will never use them again for anything nir do I recommend using them!

Inconsistent. They are a confused bunch of people who will confuse the hell out of you as well. They give you a white bag and a teal bag, and they flip flop on what type of service should be offered via those bags. Sometimes the shirts come in a hanger, other times its crushed and packed in a plastic bag. They have easily ruined 4-5 shirts. They will lure you in with free credits, but BEWARE and dont give any nice clothes to these jokers.

Tried rinse after washio, which was horrible. Honestly the these guys are classy. Once i got my clothes back i noticed that Ive wasted so much money paing for dry cleaners. I also like how I didnt have to wait on anyone to pick up my clothes, they worked around my schedule which was a God send. Thanks Rinse!!!

Highly recommended. These folks are extremely professional, flexible, and reasonably priced. They were able to turn around a suit for me just in time for an interview - the 8-10pm pickup/delivery window is perfect for my schedule as well. Im not sure that I will ever use a traditional dry cleaner again.

Tried Rinse and they lost some of the clothes I gave them. They also changed the delivery time with less than 2 hours notice. The two things they should nail down is (1) returning the clothes you give them and (2) delivering in their 2 hr window. They failed both.
