I had been going there for 5 years till last year when a lady put me in the wrong bed 2 times on 2 different ocassions and then literally screamed at me when I asked for her name and why this was such a problem. I had just purchased a package deal which I spent a lot of money on. I called to speak with the manager about this (and other isues) a whopping 5x being told each time that manager had been notified and will return my call. She returned it 4 wks later when it was into winter and I could not drive in. Nothing was done about it. They advertise as opening at 7 yet if you arrive anytime before about 9am, there is a 50/50 chance the girl there will not be able to turn your bed on, giving some reason about their system warming up, and then wasting an hour of your time. These people do not care about you, your time, your money, or the service you are paying them for. Id look elsewhere if youre on a time limit and are tired of crappy, careless service.

Decided to try this laundromat location after visiting a few others. Figured Id post a more in-depth review since there wasnt much about the laundromat on here. It was very clean and well lit place and they have a decent selection of coin changers and laundry items if you need anything. As for the machines, the normal washers were pretty fast at 31 minutes a load and the driers only take 14-21 minutes max to dry everything. They also had the industrial washers/driers if they were needed and lots of folding tables. Prices were also fairly cheap compared to many locations, so you definitely arent overpaying here. If you didnt bring something else to work on they have new TVs and other stuff to do as well. All in all, this is a pretty nice laundromat for the price.

I faithfully go here....they just updated the place and they are open till 11pm. The staff has always been very nice and helpful to me they offer everything you need. I only go there to tan but find this place to be clean, compatible, and friendly. Fairly good deals on tanning, usually do a half off upgraded beds...have personal radios in each room.....Kimber Tanae Loyd

I cannot stand Sun Tan City! The Laundry and Tan Connection (I know it is weird) is one of the best and most affordable places I have used. I highly recommend the tanning beds! Also, this weekend 10/16/09-10/18/09 they have a 99 cent tan special, discounted lotions, and door prizes! Plus, the staff are always friendly to me (unlike, Sun Tan City)!

Very clean and I felt safe there but it is a little pricey. I had a big load I needed to wash and it was $6.00 and then I only used about $1.25 in quarters to dry. If the big washers were $4 even it would make it better. Also, ATM is on site there so thats handy since I only came with $5 and needed more.

Competitive rates, plenty of machines, opened late and that free coffee and popcorn is an amazing idea. Best laundry ive come across so far!
