I have been going to several different dry cleaners for years and I have finally found one that I can rely on. Here are the facts: - It costs me $3.25 for dry cleaning a silk blouse and $1.50 for laundry a dress shirt which saves me over 30% from my previous cleaners. - Last week, I tried their free pick up & delivery service for my wash-and-fold. It cost me $27.50 for around 30 lbs. I thought the price are reasonable and it saves me time from bumming around the laundromat. - The seamstress was very nice when I brought in some pants to shorten last month. She suggested I wear and wash it before the alteration because it may shrink . I followed her directions and I found out that the pants were a perfect fit after the first time dry cleaning. She was so honest to tell me that! Otherwise, I wouldve been so sad that I wouldnt have been able to wear it if it had been altered prior to cleaning. All in all, I love this dry cleaning place because of its honest, reasonable price, fast and excellent service!!

Ive only been to this place 3 or 4 times but every time has been great. theres this green-zone parking spot right in front of the store. i think its 10-minute parking but i was in and out in less than 3 minutes every time. this place is noticeably cheaper than some others ive been to and recently they started having coupons which makes it even better! its farther from my home but definitely worth the extra drive now to put my engineering background to use: about the guy who wrote a 1-star review (and general dry-cleaning knowledge), dry cleaning DOES NOT take out all stains. If you look into how dry cleaning works, the chemicals are catalysts for breaking the bonds between the stains and the clothing material. If the stain happens to be something that the chemical cannot dis-bond, then the stain cannot be removed.

I had high expectations after reading some good reviews, but ended up being thoroughly disappointed. I have, so far, spent a week trying to pick up my clothes from this laundry with no luck. The hours posted on google are wrong. The hours posted on their door are wrong. I cant really figure out when they are open, actually, because they dont answer the phone. 6 calls, no answer. Good luck to anybody who goes here.

Ive had a few things hemmed here and although the work done was fine, they are consistently very rude. Today I brought in a sweater with a small hole and the man just said "no I wont do that" and then asked again if I wanted it fixed and I said "yes" to which he responded "No I dont think so." Its pretty pitiful that a place that advertises alteration and repair cant fix a small hole. Terrible customer service.

Theyve done very decent work for me. Theyve done my wash and fold plus dry cleaning service for over a decade. The issue with them not being there contrary to their posted hours, I guess, is due to some grave situation in the family. Thus I think they should be regarded with compassion and more business if or when they come back.
