Had a wonderful first time experience last week. Came into The Laundry Lounge before work, wanting to drop off some laundry for a wash and fold service. Debra was extremely helpful in explaining my options, even when I had to ask for them again because I was in a hurry AND hadnt yet had coffee. I ended up using their transfer service, where the customer starts the wash and they transfer the laundry from washer to dryer and then place dry clothes in a laundry cart and then keep safely behind the counter for you to pick up and fold. I had a couple of items with special instructions, and they followed the instructions perfectly. Such a great experience that I am going back tomorrow. Never thought I would experience such good customer service at a laundromat...thanks for changing my mind The Laundry Lounge!

Laundry Lounge has taken a turn in the last few months, despite managements efforts to improve service to customers with free dryer use and updated seating. Lately the store has been not kept up as usual, with dusty littered floors (that dont seem to be swept until closing time). Dryer availability is first come first serve, but unlike previously, staff regularly seem oblivious to demand and fail to retrieve contents of completed dryers full of drop off loads. Additionally, there is no effort to dissuade smokers from convening just outside the door, so the store smells like stale smoke regularly. Lastly, on a number of occasions, staff has been complaining about working conditions amongst customers, which is just awkward. Otherwise, machines are good and the new dryers are solid additions.

Never do the "free transfer service"! Ive lost so many socks doing this and I have OCD so I never lose socks when I do my own laundry. Also, theyve combined towels with my clothes in the dryer to cut down their own costs when it costs me $3.75 per wash load! Thats ridiculous! I should get seperate dryers unless specifically asked. Plus, they give you a time to pickup and I was there 5 minutes early and my dryer still had 20 minutes left. Never coming here again. Just received my own washer and dryer. This place is not efficient and some of the employees just dont care.

Love their free transfer service! I use them also for my commercial laundry. Its cheaper than the wash and fold service so be sure to ask them about it! Soap, dryer sheets, and stain treatment products are all available for single purchase behind the counter- no expensive vending machine! Oh yeah, free Wifi and comfy seating. Pretty hard to beat.

It is high time we got a place to do laundry that is not just a place to do laundry. I was using the place down the street for months untill I heard about this place from my boss....... which is just what this place is......um....Boss. Plus the Mexican place up the way rules it.

FREE DRYING!! Great place to do laundry or have it done for you. Very clean, machines are in great working order. I am always able to find an open machine. Staff is very friendly, bathroom and internet available. Laundry soap and dryer sheets available for purchase.

Based on prior reviews, my expectations were apparently too high. This laundromat is one of the trashiest ones Ive been to. Probably 1/3 of all machines were out of service. Disgusting stuff inside the machines. I couldnt wait to leave.

1. Free transfer service - they put your clothes in the dryer for you. 2. All new machines! Clean, efficient washers & dryers. 3. Giant washers! - perfect for bedspreads, etc. 4. Friendly, helpful staff. 5. Free dry with wash.

This is an idealists laundry lounge. I could never stand the nasty lint and dirt that accumulated on top of washing machine soap deposit holes and this one has clean ones! And I always just enjoy reading here.

Staff is very nice and helpful, especially for those who havent done a lot of laundry before. They have soap and anything for sale you may have forgotten to bring. Lots of machines, and free wi-fi.

Good little laundry spot, plenty of parking, seating inside was good. Lots of plugs to charge your phone, tablet or computer. Nice big folding counter and the dryers were pretty quick.

This place does everything. You can do your own or, hand it over to them and pick it up later. Its so laid back. and free WiFi.
