Very understaffed. After putting my clothes in front-loaders to wash, I was told that they were closing 30 minutes early because there was nobody available to work from 11:30 to midnight. I watched as everyone including myself had to leave with bags full of wet clothes. Those who were able to get theirs dried were still having to fold outside in the parking lot, with no lights on. I spend about $200.00 every month doing laundry, but I dont think I will continue to choose Love Laundry. After watching the employee chastise a Mexican-American man who spoke little English--calling him "stupid" and that he "should have listened better"--that doesnt sit well with me, because I wasnt told she was leaving early until my clothes were already trapped in washing machines, too. How humiliating that this man had to wear wet clothes to his job that started at 1:00am! Where the Hell was the owner, or any of his friends that so often come in late to distract the all-female personnel? Ive never known a business to simply close because their employee wanted to leave early! But this was the 3rd time Ive witnessed it personally at this location. I wish the employee-- that typically works at the Howe & El Camino location---would stay there. I feel too ashamed to know anyone that could be as rude as she was. And to the owner, Mark or Mike, or whatever..: If you cannot find an employee to work for you, YOU should be there working, until you do! Youve lost my business, and I regret no longer being able to refer others to your business either.

Nice and clean facility. Staff is actually somewhere to be found lol FREE DRY as long as you wash too (the Free Dry is limited, first come first serve) The only thing I didnt like was the amount of homeless hanging around the area and building itself. My boyfriend and I had some random tweaker ask to borrow his phone so he can get himself into rehab...at 9:30pm. Seeing as were both compassionate to someone wanting to make a positive change in their life, we lent him the phone, but we were both ready to jump if he decided to try to run (which would have been a very dumb thing to do as we were both standing in a way to prevent him from doing that, never took our eyes off him, and he was too far away from the exit anyway.) But still, just made us feel like we werent in the best of neighborhoods even though the facility is nice.

Clean,and VERY HELPFUL, not bad of a wait to do anything ex: wash,dry,and fold. The only surprise was when I went to change the setting on the washer it did cost like .25 more for a hot wash or heavier soiled wash. So just be prepared to pay.25 more for any other setting other than the settings that are already on the machiene when you put your clothes in. One last thing remember these are commercial dryers so if you dry your clothes on high check on them because they can get a burnt smell if you dry them on high a too long.(I learned my lesson)Lastly I recommend Love Laundry how could you not like a laundry mat with a name like LOVE LAUNDRY! ;-)

This place deserves every star! Its super clean and pretty. Theres a kids only zone with a table and chairs for them to sit and color etc, a chalk board and bench for parents. My kids love this place. I love this place! Im so in love with Love Laundry! Free dryers, more than affordable washers that get the job done well! Clothes come out clean and smelling heavenly. Love this place!

I couldnt have asked for a better laundry mat love laundry is the best place I have ever gone to do laundry I will never do laundry anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and always make you feel welcome its always super clean and they have free WiFi and drying is free!! Plus they sell snacks!!! also they are always playing the latest hits! Absolutely in love with this place!

Theyre open from 5am-Midnight 365 days a year. The inside is very clean, well lit, and not super humid like other laundromats I have been to before. The double load washers are $3.25 to start which seemed high to me, but they have free drying so its a wash... If you really want to get everything done in one massive load, they do have an 8 load washer that is $11.75.

Im almost scared to admit my feelings for this laundromat. I love it so much, to the tips of my bones. From early dawn to the witching hour, the machines are so strong. You can wash so much. Clean, bright, fancy. Walk around the block and feel the void. Have a snack, watch the middle distance. Think about it, and then fold. Thank you, Love Laundry.

I love this place!! Its clean, the machines work well! The dryers always leave my clothes smelling good! (Which is a problem Ive had at other Laundry mats because the dryers are not heated enough) The staff are super friendly! And I like the free wifi!! There are other laundry mats closer to me, but I will drive the extra distance to this facility!

I have been coming here for a year and really like this laundromat. I am disabled and it is very convenient for me and ALl the workers help me as needed to get my laundry in and out of my car. I wish I could remember all their names but a special shout out to Atasha and Erin! They are both worthy of more than 5 stars!! Keep up the great work.

Saved my expensive silk blouse - with two old stains that another unnamed dry cleaner had tried - and failed - to remove twice, Love Laundry Midtown Sacramento made my blouse look new again! I swear, I thought they went out and bought me a new blouse. It was a miracle! So, sizzling Mongolian beef grease .

This is the place to go great hours, they have many 3 and 4 load washers and dryers and even an 8 load and they have free self serve drying. Very nice very clean great prices 4.75 for 3 loads 5.75 for 4 loads 12.00 for 8 loads And best of all many many many FREE 3 load dryers

Great laundromat! This is the only one I go to! I love how their dryers are free when you wash. I often procrastinate on doing my laundry so once a month I come here and use a 6 or 8 load machine haha. While Im waiting I usually go down a block and grab food, its great!

First off, I fell in L♡VE with the name! Secondly, Its great that it stays open late! When you wash your clothes there, you get to dry them for freeeee!!! What an incredible concept! The attendant who helped me was quite nice and super friendly. And lastly its CLEAN!!!!

Be careful of people stealing your clothes... it happened to me twice, luckily the first time I was able to catch them trying to steal a whole load of mine. Second time I didnt notice until after I got home. People stealing used clothes??? I dont get it???
