i ordered a large chips with quacamole. the price was $4.when i saw my receipt ,i was over charged $4.99 . this is illegal!!! i have my receicpt to prove it.And i have picture of $4.00 price . the cashier changed the price to $4.99 right in front of me as i took a picture in my phone.And when my order was ready. my quacamole was half filled. i asked and the server that gave me the food,she gave me an attitute and said that they serve it half filled,it is not acceptable. i am spending my hard earn money and i just wan ted to eat my favorite chicken in peace .Oh no!, i got the worst customer service ever!!.el pollo loco needs to make it right with my visit. watch for !!!,over charging in your receipt. whole staff is greeting you as you walk in the store. but over charging¬ giving enough of your food. Dont be fulled!!! they have awards for 2015&2016 displayed in the salsa bar. their customer service sucks!!! the awards is going over their whole staff heads!!! the whole staff needs a serious retraining.i am not returning or recommending this location to anyone. i go to el pollo loco every friday with my friends. this location just treated me&my 2 friends badly!! we usually go to grand ave&valley bl. but they are remodeling for 2 weeks. we have been going to walnut location for 2 months, every friday.

There are two locations in the vicinity but the Diamond Bar Blvd location exceeds all others, even those in the IE, with quality, service and speed! I can come in after work, pick up dinner or a large amount for last minute get-togethers and be out in less then 8-10 minutes! All other locations get so backed up and seem inefficient that we constantly wait at least 15-30 minutes from time ordered to walking out the door. Friendly people make the place a constant "go-to" spot as well as their coupon redemption methods to keep you coming back for more.

Always always always an issue ordering here. They have an option to have food delivered or picked up and every time i have ordered for my company meetings to be delivered by them there is always a problem and say we dont pay online when it doesnt give you an option to pay online!? The manager or catering coordinator is very rude and not flexible for their customers. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

Perhaps one of the best fast food chains in Southern California along with In N Out and Chick Fil A. Most likely the healthiest. I had the chicken tortilla soup this time, small 1.99$, large 2.99$. Fresh unprocessed ingredients. Fast friendly service. Best part of El Pollo Loco the condiment bar.

One of the better El Pollo Locos around socal. Theyre fast and have quality food that youd expect (aka. no old lettuce, etc). Everything is fresh and the staff are kind. My family comes here quite frequently.

This is place is busy. Good service and an improved menu. The chicken avocado bowl with black beans is a winner.
