as a former employee im absolutely disgusted on how this company handles itself. i was "let go" because i was the only employee there who cared about doing things the RIGHT/SAFE way. i would get told im working "too slowly" for thins like, taking the extra time to clean the dishwashing sink out before its refilled with water, so the dishes arent just sitting in dirty water, or for cleaning. they also break a major health code violation by cutting steak/chicken on the same cutting board!!! and i was even told by a corporate member that "its okay to cut different meats on the same cutting board as long as theyve been cooked". i worked grill, touching and handling all of YOUR food, and as i was training my replacement, i asked him "do you have a food handlers card", his reply was "whats that?" a real company wouldnt have let that kid within arms reach of the food without that card. (prior experience on that one) that specific location takes in about 10,000$ a day, and ill tell you what, they dont know how to spend it.... the rice cooker goes off in the middle of cooking MULTIPLE times a day, causing backing. the pilot light for the stove goes off every time you turn the the burner off, so you have to manually start the pilot light every time. the water that washes the dishes comes out cold. the employees lack self motivation. when i came to management in a respectful polite way , with ideas to make their company run smoother i was told to just leave. complete lack of backbone. a real company embarrasses a problem head on, not tells it to go away because your fine how it is. in all my work history, ive never been treated so disrespectfully than here, and never have i seen a lack of management go this strong.... please avoid this store specifically , if not all chipotles, as they are unclean and unsafe, and they treat theyre employees AWFUL. i have many more violations i just dont have the time to post, but if anyone would like more details please contact me via email! i would LOVE to show chipotles true colors.

Ive been going to this chipotle since Ive moved here a couple years ago and the past 3 times (in the span of 2 weeks) Ive found something in my food that wasnt supposed to be there. 1. An avocado peel 2. 2 pieces of avocado (one was the size of a nickel, the other was pretty much half the avocado itself) that was no where near ripe enough to eat (it was as hard as a rock) AND it had the seeds skin still stuck to it, and 3. Im not 100% sure what it was but Im pretty sure it was a small bone in the carnitas. The second time, I actually went back and the service was terrible, all they did was ask if I just wanted more guac, then I told them I want the bowl redone because I mixed it all around and who knows what else was in there. Also, dont order through the app, they just prepare the food when they get the order and toss in a warmer (disregarding the fact that I asked for guac and a side of chips and guac and when I got it, the guac was all brown and disgusting.) I used to love going here, but now Im just afraid that Ill find another unwanted piece of food in my burrito bowl.

Generous portions, kind workers, and typically plenty of seating (though the college crowd can fill up the place). I dont know if its just the few times that Ive visited this Chipotle, but the portion sizes here generally seem bigger than the other Chipotle locations that Ive visited. This Chipotle is also one of the bigger/spacier ones that Ive been to, and it is kept clean. The ingredients also seem very fresh here, and that is perhaps because there seems to be a steady stream of customers here. There usually is a line, but the line moves quickly and efficiently. Parking isnt necessarily abundant, but Ive rarely had to struggle to find parking in the plaza.

Very disappointing! The restroom was disgusting and looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in days. Smelled of urine! I almost walked out before I ordered my food. If the restroom is not clean do they keep the kitchen clean? They were very disorganized and rushing the orders out like ot was a race! My tortilla was broken while it was rolled up in foil so I had to request an additional tortilla to re roll it so it didnt fall all over me when I ate it! Doesnt any one take pride in their work any more? First and last time I go here ever again!

This Chipotle can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes they are really fast and friendly sometimes not so much. They have recently gotten a lot quicker and seem to be better staffed so thats good news. Would be 5 stars but their bathroom is horrible. Overflowing toilets and facets missing parts. As long and you do not need the restroom this place is fine.

Never have enough food prepared. Always waiting for them to play catch-up. Too many newbies slowing the line, not enough management. Tough parking. On the plus, great customer service in terms of taking order and helping customers. Plenty of seating and napkins/utensils/etc. Decent portions (compared to most other Chipotles) Not worth going back.

Its Chipotle, what else needs to be said? Sometimes it gets busy, there is a university a block away after all. Ever since their food scare a couple years ago, Chipotle has offered some pretty good deals on their website just about every month. Last time I went, I got chips and guac for free.

One of the worse chipotle which i have been in , In Anaheim in genral food places are dirty when you go to this chipotle restroom you become sick which is disgusting there and the food in not fresh at all.....I suggest you if a food place restroom is dirty dont eat there..

Chipotle is nice because they have decent food in terms of taste but they need to increase some spice but the quantity is great i can eat a bowl two times a day...its more than enough. They are quick. Last but not the least...the ambience is not so good.

Its a few minutes after 11am, which means they just opened and theres already a line..its moving rather quickly. Im ordering in three minutes. Meat serving is decent, the lettuce looks a little dry. Service is average, looks clean. Will come back.

Came here around 230 and place was a pig sty. Most of the tables were dirty and there were only a few ppl seated and i was 3 rd in line. I work in a restaurant and know how to be efficient. The food is always quick and the girls were nice.

customer service is horrible this manager by the name of johnathan was very unprofessional when dealing with customers he has no respect. ive been coming to this chipotle for 3years and never had an disrespectful experience.

835pm on a Wednesday Veggie Bowel, horrible serving size when yiu oay extra for guacamole you should get what you pay for, clearly Chipotle is lowering quality standards in size portion and getting greedy like McDonalds.

They are usually busy but they care to listen to what you need and make your food the way they should! i have been going there for the past 3 years and absolutely love this location. plenty of sitting also!
