Terrible servicio, cuando manejas en el drive thru para comprar tardas de 25 a 35 minutos. la cajera terrible manera de tomar la orden, y si le pides salsas en lugar de dartelas hace su cara de molesta. y despues de todo me da la orden equivocada. no vuelvo a comprar en ese pollo loco. mi sugerencia es que si trabajan en un lugar que suele visitar mucha gente hispana por lo menos que las cajeras no sean arrogantes y que se hagan las que no entienden cuando hablas en español. muy mal servicio en el drive thru.

disappointed to find the restaurant closed due to remoldeling. i have been going to this location for 2 months,every friday for dinner with my 2 friends.i highly suggest that before reopening,the staff needs serious retraining in customer service&getting bigger pieces of chicken. the asst. mgr needs her retraining in customer service,too. she always have a bad, mean attitute&a face like she wants to yell at you. she always look like,she is in a foal mood. i kept going due to good / healthy food. now the manager need to get his or her staff into shape. i was given large half full of guacamole. why you guys dont top it off. i get an attitute that they are like that. i pay for a product to be full,not half!!! the chicken pieces are small&dry. why!!! i dont understand!!! people pay to get good food& good customer service. NOW, MANAGER,YOU CAN GET RETRAINING FOR YOUR CREW!!!!

Went a few days ago during my break saw a manager cleaning salsa location and then taking my order and then passing out order alone manager girl name Brenda ? didnt see the rest staff are they only staffing 3 people? 4 stars because i think staff should be taught better customer service heard 2 welcome me the manager and a cook . Cook was a young man with glasses chicken was a little over cooked but manager had no problem changing chicken for me May return hope more staff next time for workers sake

I called to talk to the manager about this, but since nobody answered, Im writing a review. This place is fine for an El Pollo, except that when you drive through, theyve frequently given me the wrong item, which I dont notice until Ive driven away. The most common error -- when I ask for corn tortillas, and they give me flour -- although on occasion Ive gotten the wrong side or dressing, too. They are super busy, but I feel like the errors are actually more frequent when they arent busy.

Generally, I like El Pollo Loco, but this location, Im not so sure about. Its one of my options when I take classes at nearby Mount Sac. But the last couple of times the food has been mediocre, and twice the bathroom has stunk to high heaven. I gave them a pass once, everyone has a bad day, and I have a strong stomach. But twice.... Thats got me thinking some less than stellar things.

This El Polo Loco has a drive thru which is convenient for me since I have little kids. Beware, the lunch rush is crazy and once your trapped in the drive thru plan to wait at least 5-8 minutes in line....which seems like eternity when your hungry and only have a 30 min lunch break. Otherwise my order is always right and my extra condiments are included.

I walked out of there when I saw the mess at the salsa bar and in the kitchen, I should have taken a photo. Never going to that location again, Im also glad I didnt drive thru or I wouldnt have seen that mess. I understand sometimes theres too many customers to clean up but this was already in the evening, not lunch hour.

Came 5 min before closing and practically the girl didnt want us there, why work there if they are going to be in bad attitude? Very miserable, all they needed to do is accept us there to eat inside for no more than 30 min, see you never and I hope they can see this review!
