The service was terrible, they even served a broken tostada bowl and didnt even think about it it was broken in half. Their dressing is watered down. They had no black pepper, and she looked all over the place and finally found some in drive-thru.

Ive been here 4 times in the past two weeks. The food was never really good. Today it ended up in the garbage bin after just one bite. The food was cold, like they made it in a freezer. This was my last time here at this location.

Food is always good here it is very convenient located right off the 60 Freeway would definitely recommend this place if you want to eat something healthy while youre on the road

Horrible experience! My friend and I found mold on our tortillas! If it wasnt for the fact that I got my money back. I wouldnt have given this El Pollo Loco any stars!
