So I go to Midas as I do know they are a known company. I had been having serious battery problems, and had to get a jump every time I needed to start my car. I had been to Autozone who told me my battery was good and my alternator was bad. I had seen a mechanic who told me my battery was bad. So I decided to call Midas in Diamond Bar as it is the closest to me and I live in Ontario. I called Nitin at Midas to make a appointment to come in. I was scheduled to come in at 8am however due to my cars condition I did not make it in until 9:15am. Nitin still brought me in immediately no wait time. They had one of there mechanics named Rigo take a look at my car. After he investigated my car he let me know that both the battery and alternator were good. A bolt on the alternator was not tightened which was causing problems. Rigo tightened the bolt and had me on my way. I had been having this problem for over two weeks and they fixed my car and had me out of there in less than a hour. Really about 30minutes. They are awesome and I love it any future problems I will be coming here. Anyone else would have tried to sell me a battery and a alternator to profit especially with me being a woman, but not them. I recommend this place to all, stop by you wont regret it.

First off coming here was random but faith always guides you were you need to meet the right people. When getting here I was greeted friendly and I was told Id be getting a report of my car. (Never had that done anywhere else) so I was pretty stoked since everyone else just says that my car is fine (since its a newer model) but thanks to Nitin and Artemio car tech guy. For showing me and breaking down the report letting me understand my car needs a little bit more than TLC. Im sticking with these guys at this location for life. Thanks to previous review and their great service. In now a life long customer. P.s. you will not regret coming here. Espcially if you dont know anything about your car. These guys truly have your back and wont hussle you. Like other places

Wow! What life savers Nitin, John and Ava were! I was visiting Californina from Wisconsin and on my way back home I took my car to West Covina Car Wash and Lube to do oil and tire rotation, they did a poor job and ended up causing damage to my speed sensor. I had to stay an extra day to figure out what was happening, I called every shop in town and sorounding area to get the car looked at because they couldnt figure it out. Every place was booked and stress was building up until i found MIDAS at Dimond Bar and explained the situation, they immidiately told me not to worry and to bring it in! I arrived to a very polite and helpful team and they run diagnostics free of charge. They showed so much care for our safe travels. I will definately remain a loyal costumer!

Its not often I give anybody a "5-Star" rating, however, Midas Diamond Bar deserves it and more. My parents have been telling me about this place for years and since I lived in Houston, Texas, I never had a personal experience to draw from. Well, I just moved to Southern California and needed repair on my BMW 325ci. I was actually "scared" to bring a high-end car to a "Midas". I mean , after all, Midas only does mufflers right? WRONG. What an amazing experience this turned out to be. The crew there was able to find what other shops missed and now my 2002 convertible is running like the day I bought it. I highly recommend them and believe you will not be disappointed. Try and see how youll smile like I am.

I asked the manager how much it would cost to replace the whole brake system, he said he would only charge me 850.00. He then charged me 980.00 and when I went through the system I saw that he only changed the brake pads! He then took credit for the Cylinder that was brand new. It was brand new because I replaced it the week before and told him it was the only part NOT TO TOUCH!. He then blamed me and told me I didnt know what I was doing. When he found out it was my father and not me (My father use to own a Good Year Shop) he started bad mouthing him. At the end he kept ALL my hard earned money I had saved for 4 months and took advantage of me. I hate you Diamond Bar Midas!

I have been to two different Midas locations. And both experiences have been very much the same. Which is very very pleasant. The Midas on Diamond Bar is very good in customer service. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always quick to get a reply back via email or phone call. They always work to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible with my daily schedule in mind. Ive never had a problem at this Midas and will continue to come here for oil changes, routine check ups and any other car problems i might have. Overall what keeps me coming back is the customer service. I highly recommend coming to this Midas for your routine car maintenance.

I cant speak highly enough of Midas in general. I usually take my car to the Tustin branch, unfortunately I was involved in an accident away from home and my car would not make the drive. The Diamond Bar location was more than welcoming and accommodating to me. I was treated with respect and was not hassled or mislead about the state of my car. My car ended up having to be salvaged and because I was out of town for a week they let me keep my car in their lot until I could have it picked up. They didnt charge me a dime and they even helped me get some of my things out of the car. They offer the best service around, if you need help with you car, use Midas!

I have never had a mind-blowing experience nor a terrible experience. Whenever I come here, its only for the oil change services, which matches my price range after using their coupons that can be found online or through the mail. I have not had any issues with any of the employees or employer so far, and I do believe they have good intentions in ensuring that the customers receive the best car care possible by keeping them informed but also try their best to earn revenue by selling extra services, which can be annoying sometimes. Overall, if you need a simple oil change for an affordable price and dont have a preference, come to Midas in Diamond Bar.

Arrived for a service that was routine and the customer service was outstanding. After the mechanic came back with the inspection report the front desk staff were very thorough in going through every item that needed repair. I realized that had they not caught these repairs now a laundry list of issues awaited me down the road. The quote they gave me for an oil change, belt replacement, and filter was very comparable; however, the human interaction with the techinician and staff is valuable. What really made my day is that they fixed my TPMS sensor as a courtesy for being a loyal customer. I really cant say more than, "Thank you Midas, Diamond Bar."
