I have been a customer of Craig Johnson Automotive for over 15 years and continue to utilize his team for all my automotive needs. I relocated 40 miles away from Craig Johnson Automotive 5 years ago and have continued to utilize Craig Johnson Automotive only for all of my automotive needs. My 2000 Tacoma amassed 444,000 miles or reliable service while under the watchful eyes of the team at Craig Johnson Automotive. I have purchased a 2016 Tundra which has solely been serviced by Craig Johnson Automotive. The team at Craig Johnson Automotive is skilled in every aspect of my new vehicle thus I have the utmost confidence in the continuous reliability of my vehicle. The comfort and expertise Craig Johnson Automotive gives me is indisputable. I am overjoyed to know Craig Johnson and his team. Instead of new and inexpierianced dealership service department technicians Craig Johnson Automotive has seasoned veteran mechanics so even if Im just getting an oil change their eagle eyes and vast experience spots potential issues before they become serious. I have not had a breakdown since utilizing Craig Johnson Automotive ! Craig Johnson Automotive provides a multi-point inspection and takes the time to explain the status of my vehicle so that I can make the best decisions for my situations. I recently went to see the pros at CJ Automotive for my 30K Oil Change and service to my 2016 Tundra. A day or so later I had smelled a foul odor that I assumed was from the antibacterial spray used on my newly installed cabin filter. I called the shop and I was assured that the smell would go away in a day or so and still the smell lingered. I grew puzzled as nothing like this had ever occurred. I return to have this remedied only to discover I was the one at fault. The entire team converged on my vehicle and began the search. Tony was the one to discover the culprit. He could smell the strong pungent odor behind the driver’s seat. As I lifted up the rear rubber floor mat Tonys eagle eye spotted something and said: "hey, whats that?" I looked where Tony pointed and say a decomposing red potato. It had fallen out of my grocery bag days before and began to dehydrate. This experience is yet another positive one as a longtime customer with Craig Johnson Automotive !!!

Craig Johnson is the BEST MECHANIC EVER!!! He is just incredible, almost too good to be real, Im not kidding, and I cant believe Im so lucky I found a mechanic like him! I first came to him with a problem car I unfortunately bought from a deceptive dealership, and he told me, to diagnose it, he had to charge me $85 (which is pretty reasonable, others charge more), but I should try to get the dealer to diagnose it, because that way I would save the money (so he didnt just take the money, but tried to save me money). Dealer just kept cheating, so I had to take the car back to Craig, to get a true diagnosis. He told me the car is so broken, he wouldnt put a cent into it. I asked how much the total repair costs would be, cuz for me at that time, it was the cheapest option (I thought). He said it would be $1500, but he constantly told me NOT to do this. Then I decided to get a newer (more expensive car). He asked me to send him a list with cars Im interested in, so he can tell me which cars are good. HE even went online for me, and checked out cars for me. The next day, I test-drove one of them, and had him look at it, he DIDNT CHARGE ME A CENT for that!!! This man is just unbelievable!!! Im so grateful I met him, and I strongly recommend him to every person I know!!!

What a wonderful experience!! Craig Johnson Automotive is the greatest mechanic shop in Southern California!! Are you looking for who may be the last Good & Honest mechanic? Look no further than Rowland Heights, California! Craig Johnson knows his stuff!! AND... he guarantees his work! What a concept! I thought my truck was beyond help because I made the mistake of taking it somewhere else (long story). To make it short, I was told "I think your trans is going out and the head is cracked" by this "other" shop... "I think...?" Your guessing?? I brought my beloved truck to Craig Johnson who knows his business and he fixed it!! (btw: it was neither the trans or the heads) I should have just gone to Craig to begin with and would have save myself hundreds of dollars and months of stress! Craig even gave me a couple of services I needed but couldnt afford for free! When does that ever happen? I am a customer for LIFE !!! I want to tell the world, especially anyone in the area... GO TO CRAIG JOHNSON AUTOMOTIVE - HELL TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF YOU!! Trust me you wont regret it!! Thank you Craig and crew... YOURE THE BEST!!! Craig Johnson is THE BEST MECHANIC EVER!!! I took my car there for a routine oil change. Craig noticed my motor mounts were busted, something that the dealer wanted to charge me around $1200 to do and an overnight. Naturally, I wasnt keen on getting it done. Craig changed my oil, rotated my tires, swapped out the motor mounts, fixed my brake light, AND threw in a free fuel cleaner for HALF THE PRICE of what I would have paid in TWO HOURS TIME!!! On top of that, hes honest. I understand that may seem oxymoronic, an "honest mechanic", but there is one, and his name is Craig Johnson. When I left he had this to say "Im a family man and I really do love what I do." You will never take your car anywhere else! Enjoy!

Im so glad that my b/f found Craig Johnson. As a female, I feel very comfortable about taking my car in for service/repair on my own. Craig is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done and how and what kind/make/brand of parts hes going to use. His estimates are true estimates. Craig and his team take pride in what they do and it certainly shows in their work. I have over 200,000 miles on my car and with Craig and his team doing all my car service and repairs on it, I will probably get another 200,000+ miles on my car!

I have been taking my wifes car to Craig for years. Craig has always been honest and fair. He has never tried to sell me repairs or services that were not needed. I do my own repairs on my car so I know about cars and what it takes to keep them running. So why do I send my wifes car to Craig? Easy answer. Craig is a Professional and I trust him with my wifes car. I know that her car will be reliable and that my wife and my children are not going to have any car related problems. Big thanks to Craig and his team for helping to keep my family safe on the road.
