So my car is finally ready after getting a simple rear brake job. They give me the keys, and as I open my car I noticed a hole in the upholstery of my driver’s seat. It was not there when I dropped off the car. The manager came out, inspected it, and said that “there is no proof that the hole wasn’t there before.” And went on to say how the upholstery was worn. I could call back tomorrow and complain, but he would do nothing. During that time he was telling me this, a Midas mechanic was pulling out the car next to me. It hit my door in front of the manager. He looked at the door, there was no damage, and said there is nothing he will do for me, and I’m welcome to complain all I want. This is the treatment I get after a $200 brake job? Please do not take your car there if you value it at all. Note: 3 days later the manager called me, and offered me discounts for any repair in the future if I took my car in to a location further away. As much as I appreciate this, there are other repair shops closer whom do not have the unprofessional-ism of the Orange Midas.

i have really bad problems with my brakes...so i was planing to go to pepboys so i thought i can try midas for the first time...so i went there at the biginning was service was ok so tell told me that i need brakes and rotors and some other things so i told him that its ok.... so to make short this story they work in my car only for two hrs..so on parts was $299 i understand that part was a lil expensive...is for safety of my family...but what get me so upsed and sadness wa that they charge me 300 in labor and i ask him why..they said it was a flat rate....so few days i call back to talk to the manager they refuse me to giv me his last name and they were ignoring me...so i wont ercomend nobody at this place ever..go to pepboys they do the service $200 less.....

I have a Hyundai with about 48,000 miles on it, never had brakes done. Rear brakes were making some noise. I expected to have all 4 brakes fixed. But, they found only the rear brakes needed work; front brakes were only half worn. Had no problem bringing me onto the shop floor to show me what they found. Midas just happened to be running a rebate program; this shop included it in my receipt without my asking and before they had my credit card! Plus, they had their own in-house discount, also applied without my having to ask. No overselling, great work, and automatically reducing my cost? Many thanks! You bet I will bring more customers!

Had a break down with my muffler and the owner Albert sorted me out really quickly got the only Nissan pathfinder muffler in town and the mechanic Alex changed it out for me in half a day and we were back on our road trip that day. Thanks Albert.
