Let me preface by saying if I could give 0 Stars I would. I called the shop and stated exactly the make model and year of the vehicle as well as exactly what I needed done. Break pads replaced and rotors turned a standard break job by any means. I get a price quote which sounded reasonable, so I take the vehicle in to have the service done around 11 am I get a call back at 5 pm expecting them to tell me its done. But I am instead told that the price quoted on the phone was not for my vehicle but for a standard vehicle even though I gave them exact make model and year of my vehicle. So the cost for my vehicle would be over 6x the price let me say that again 6 TIMES the original quote that was given. Then they proceed to tell me other issues with the vehicle and how much that would cost the prices were astronomical. Only because I would normally do this myself but I got hurt and cant physically do it and I just needed this done. Lets say in ended up getting it done for what they were going to charge me for half of one wheel. BEWARE NEVER USE THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!

I was taking my car to this Firestone for several years. I regret the money Ive given them for their services. On one occasion, I found spilled coolant under the hood when I got home. On another occasion, my car was returned with a snap cover not secured and almost hanging off. And an oil change was overfilled. When I went back, the Manger just called one of the young mechanics over and left. I showed them the dip stick, and they told me its okay if the oil goes over the Full line and into the Xd out area. They would go so far as lying to deny their mistake instead of apologizing and fixing their careless work? Beware, they take advantage of customers. If you go in for something straightforward, they almost always call you with a list of additional problems that can be worked on while your car is up on the blocks in their shop. Unnecessary work, by the way, I found out when I went to a different store. The office attendant Sonny is nice, but the service work coming out of that garage is horrible.

malicious (məˈlɪʃəs) — adj 1. characterized by malice 2. motivated by wrongful, vicious, or mischievous purposes I took my Truck in for a front end alignment with the plan on purchasing tires as well when I could afford them. Upon arrival, I was told I needed to replace the tires which I agreed but at this time, I just need the alignment. When I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the front tire sounded like there was a slit it and was leaking. I know i brought it in with no issues. As I drove home, yes, there was this pst pst pst pst and sure enough, there was a slit in my tire. By the next morning, the front tire was flat. Hmmm, im not saying they did this on purpose, but I am saying i will not give them the chance to work on my truck ever again.

The people here are great. My car was towed here a week or so ago bc it broke down on me while driving home from work, they did a diagnostic test on it and found that it was the engine that went bad in it. They advised me there was nothing they could do for my car. They told me that they would not charge me for the test being done & to take my time finding a tow truck to come and pick it up. The guys at this shop are very nice people. After reading all the negative reviews, I was having second thoughts about having my car towed here, but I went ahead anyway. Not everyone has the same experience with a person(s), sometimes you just have to see for yourself... Im glad I did bc they were really nice to me.

Stopped by for a quick tire quote while Im shopping for tires. I really question the Firestone training because these guys are ill prepared and really low quality. john didnt bother to look at the tires that were on the wheels and seems completely incompetent as he doesnt know what a TPMS sensor is trying to tell me Im getting new sensors instead of valve rebuild kits.

These guys are great techs they really know what there doing on cars. Price are far and they go out of there way to make you happy.The shop is super clean . They even have there windows cleaned by Evans Dynamic windows suppose to be the best window cleaner in orange county look them up.

If it wasnt for Sonny I would probably not go here anymore. Firestone used to be good but now they are very corporate like. Parts that they use are not as good quality. From experience do not get their breaks, they are horrible... They are noisy and do not last long.

Sonny is great! He took care of my daughters car on Friday so I brought my sons car here today. It doesnt matter if its a big or small issue, they will take care of you. Today Im here for a simple light bulb change in a headlight.

Took my car here for aligment in the morning the car was ready at 6 pm and also they always try to convince you that your car is in really bad condition just to sell services and parts overpriced that the car doesnt really need.

last two time are take my car they took a loooong time to do the work,he always says we hare busy sir. last time it took 3 hours to replace a new tired ridiculous. Im going to look for another mechanic shop

ripoff!!!!!! 15 minutes turned into 1 hour since they try to outsell you on everything and pull your car apart. Then they have problems putting it back together. STAY AWAY!!!
