I been going this place for almost two years. It was about time to find a place where I have received excellent services.The prices for all the services done on my cars were reasonable compared with other repair shops. I just got served on timing belt complete service, front brakes, yearly service maintenance that includes tune-up. A written estimate from a dealer was $ 1300 dollars, in another place within same area the estimate were $ 1130 so, In this place they beat them for almost 35% less. It was a big job, took more than 6 hours. The manager treat me with respect and show me all the deficiencies on my car and give options to repair based on the priorities needs. My car is old and need other parts to be replaced (I know it) Their qualified technician proved me there were extras to be repaired soon. This is quality! when a professional technician tells you the status of your car and make recommendation. I am very happy and I will continue to be going to visit this place for future repairs. I got everything in writing and all the repairs have guarantee and what else I have to ask? On top of that, the manager borrowed me his car while my car were in service! and he also wait for me for almost 45 minutes after shop were closed! Finally, the place is clean, organize, and does not shows clutter around as other places I have visited before. I strongly recommend this place for your future repairs.

Came in for a free inspection since my car was making werid sounds. They made time for me when I called an hour ago and got to work on my car fast. They walked thru my car with me and help me understand what was wrong with my car. They showed me how bad my brakes were. They offer to change my front brakes with good quality brakes, clean my back brakes and tighten the bolts, change both of my cabin and AC filter, and oil change. I think there was more but I cant remember it all. The total was like $380, I showed them the coupon online and they gave me 10 percent off and then I was still hesitant since it cost alot, but they ensure me this is needed and would cost way more at other places. To write a good review and check in on yelp, they knock down the price to $300. What a deal! When I came, they offer me lunch since they were having a lunch break. They also invited me to eat with them if I wanted to. They are very nice and that is why I came back when I went to them for my smog check. They check up on the customers and make sure we have drinks available. TV if we wanted. And free wifi. Bunch of female customers here and it must show how good their business is.

I like coming here for their oil change but dread it because the person in charge is very rude.I am not sure if it is part of his culture to be very aggressive when communicating but he is. The second time I went to get an oil change I told him if they could check my check engine light and he said he couldnt since with my first oil change they gave me a diagnose that my engine was bad (which i already knew) and since i didnt fix it there he couldnt YET while waiting he tells me if i wanted to change my air filter. Anyone else know of a good oil change place where it is less than $25

This shop is the absolute best. I lived in San Francisco the last 5 years so I have had my fair share of not so great experiences with auto shopsbut sunrise is by far the best shops Ive ever been too. Tom is a great guy, very honest, and knows his cars. He alsways informs me on the things that may go overlooked on a vehicle but Tom and his guys take the time to take care of your vehicle. The shop is very clean and professional and I highly recommend for oil changes, tire rotations, or major jobs. Only place Ill be going is sunrise. Thanks tom!

Great place to go for services. The workers here are fast and friendly. They check with you before doing anything extra and always explain what you need. Of course automotive services will be expensive but they definitely have fair and reasonable prices here. Highly recommended to come here for your auto care. They took care of several things with my Yaris and communicated with me the entire time during my oil change, brake services and smog check! No pressure for "extra services" which is always nice! Definitely a trustworthy place!

I have been coming to Sunrise Auto Care for quite some time now and it really is the best auto mechanic shop in all of Orange County. The mechanics are very honest with your car needs and they dont try to up sell you on any unnecessary costs or services. They operate very quickly and Im usually out in no more than 20 minutes. Tom and Ali offer great customer service and just the best hospitality all around. Most of all, theyre super affordable and offer dealership level services for affordable prices. Dont miss out on this place!

This is the best auto mechanic in town. I came in for an oil change and smog check. The service was quick and inexpensive. The technicians also identified issues in my car and made recommendations to get them fixed. They showed me the physical parts that were worn down and they educated me about how and why they got worn or broken. This shop knows what its doing and treats every car as if it was their own. I was recommended here by a friend and I will most definitely recommend this garage to all of my friends and family.

I have brought multiple cars to this shop for routine oil changes. i have been a customer at Sunrise Auto for over 3 years now. if you would like good, clean, fast service, i highly suggest you come to Sunrise. i believe that Sam is the owner and he is always willing to help you out. i have brought Chevy Silverado, my mother in laws Nissan Murano and Dodge Ram, my granpdas Ford F150, my wifes new Chevy Equinox, and im going back to take my "new" old Chevy truck for an oil change. good service, good people.

The proprietors Tom and Al were very courteous and helpful. The price I was charged was far more reasonable than I would have had to pay for the same work at an auto dealership. There was no hard sell pressure to purchase extras I did not want. I plan to use Sunrise Auto Service again when I have a need. DWG, Orange

I give Sunrise Auto Care FIVE STARS!! I came in via Groupon for a great deal on getting a smog done on my van. I was pleased to find that they are not only reasonably priced but very kind to their customers. Being a female, its always unsettling walking into a car repair shop. Beware! Their $16.95 oil change is really a $19.95 oil change. Their banner shows 16.95 + tax, but when you go to pay they add on $3.00 for labor so my total came to $21.31 still not a bad price but I feel slighted. When I brought it to their attention, they said that the labor was not included. It would have been nice to know that up front. Making complaint with the B.A.R. next.
