I usually dont write reviews because im lazy, but this time I have to give credit to these guys. So here is my story... My grandfather sent me to this shop to get my rear breaks replaced. I was surprised since we usually take our car back to the mercedes dealer to get serviced; I dont really understand why he had me go so far to do this. I had a hard time finding the place... they really need a big sigh on the road or something noticeable. When I found the place I was greeted by Goeffrey. Goeff had a look under the car and call me over and told me that my breaks are still in good condition that I have no reason to change them. So then I got confused, but he pointed out the breaks and show me the difference between my breakpads and a worn breakpad. I was relieved to know that I do not need to spend any money that day. The other shop must have lied to my grandfather to make a quick buck. So I was carious and I asked Geoff about the price that they would charge if I needed this break job... and it turns out to be significantly less than what the other shop had quoted for my grandfather. Now I know why my grandfather had sent me here and Im really glad I did. Goeff and Thuc are very knowledgeable and very professional about their job. If you were like me who always take the car back to the dealer, you will find no less of their service here, if not more!! The restroom is very nice and clean and the reception area is conformable with Wifi network to use. Now after reading my story you may think that it is very often that one would find a shop with better price. But my point here is to say, that they are honest people doing the right thing for the customers and their cars!! Why do I stress this?? Because my story happen last year 12800+miles ago and last weekend I went back to them and have my breaks check they were still in working condition; said probably 20000 more miles to go!! They even top off everything under the hood at no charge... Therefore I do recommend this shop for their honesty and care for the customer!!

I wish I could give zero stars for Auto Clinic with the new management. Had been a happy customer there for years. Unfortunately, they have had a recent terrible change in management, and the new manager (Jospeh) has no clue about customer service. I have recently had to take my car there 4-5 times for leaks. Every time, they diagnosed and claimed to have fixed the issue, only for me to learn the next day that it is still leaking. Over multiple visits, I think they have charged me over ~$1K in total (dont have the exact amount handy, should be in their system), and the car is still leaking. So had to take the car there yet again today, and the new manager (Joseph) would even refuse to put the car on a rack to see where the leak is actually coming from, and he told me (and these are his exact quotes): "I would have to charge you to put the car on the rack" (despite all the money they had already charged me over multiple visits for essentially the same problem), and "do you expect us to completely seal your engine?!" (no, but I do expect you to properly diagnose the issue for which I brought the car there to begin with, correctly identify the source of the leaks and properly fix the problem after 4-5 visits and all the repair money charged). His main technical guy (Thuc ("Tuck") who I think was the previous owner/manager) was still willing to look at the car again and see where the leak was really coming from, but Joseph would not allow that and asked me to leave when I requested to talk to Tuck, and when I insisted, he called the police who came and after talking to both Joseph and me, suggested that it would be better if I leave and file a BBB complaint instead, possibly followed by a small claim court. If they treat their old time customers like this, imagine what they would do with their new customers!

When it comes to taking care of the necessities, such as a scheduled maintenance like an oil change, brake service, or a transmission flush lets face it, we dont all have enough time in the day even if we have the tools and the garage. But for those of us who are still auto enthusiasts, even if our day job is not working on set for Shade Tree Mechanic, we tend to be picky about who we let work on our cars. I am talking to all of you Porsche, Audi, and BMW enthusiasts. I first discovered this little tucked away spot when I relocated to Southern California, and lucky for me it is probably the best crew of German mechanics I have ever met. I am the guy who purchased an Audi Quattro from a dealer and not a week later had the bumpers and panels off and yelled at the dealers service department for the shoddy way that the car was assembled and also over all of the missing fasteners. Yes, I am that guy. So when I try out a new shop I am always hesitant. But this shop is great. Their attention to detail has been flawless, and up front at the counter they are professional, courteous, and never impatient. It is clearly obvious that they love what they do.

The last owner of my car often went to this shop, so I go there too, as he recommended. Performed oil change once. They used 76 5W-20 synthetic oil for my Honda. (I dont know if it is a good product or not. Just telling the fact.) Oh, also I wanted them to change brake fluid. Didnt ask what brake oil they were using. The guys were very nice. They were patient to my questions. I was no expert on car maintenance or car repairing. Once I was outside CA and needed to perform oil change, I called to ask about the engine oil they last time used for my car. They gave me oil information as well as other tips for car maintenance. Later I emailed them with questions on maintenance. They replied to me very quickly. One thing however might affect my impression about auto clinic. Recently I have taken my car to a dealer for oil change. They said to me that the drain plug or something was too tight because the guy who changed the oil tightened the plug too much. There was a chance they might damage the oil pan permanently if they continued. They asked for my permission to continue. Luckily, nothing happened.

Honest and trustworthy from the start. Came here for help with my MB. SRS light had been on for months and three places had been giving me the run around, claiming they had no clue what was wrong with the system and that they would need to strip out everything in order to find the problem. I drove in to see Geoff and he told me exactly what was wrong with my car in about 20 minutes. I was so thankful for his help and he did not make me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars. Explained everything in a way that was helpful and courteous. He even found other things wrong with the car that the previous mechanic I went to messed up. I was skeptical because these guys are young, but they conducted themselves way more professionally than most of the other older mechanics did. It is hard to find a good mechanic and just after this one experience I have now found my guys. I trust them completely and you should too. Great service for a reallllyyyyyyyyyy GREAT price. Call them!
