Went in for a smog check at 3:00 and they promised it would be ready before 4:00. At 4:00 they still havent taken the car in but they will start it "in just a minute." Again at 4:30, "Were almost ready and it will be done in 15 minutes once we get it back there." They close at 5:00. At 4:45, "Sorry, were not going to be able to get it done today." Thats ridiculous. All he had to say at 3:00 is it might not be able to be done today rather than promissing the car. Id have gone somewhere else and been done with it instead of having to take off work again on another day and go somewhere else. The worst part, they werent even apologetic about the inconenience and lost wages theyd caused me. Also, FYI, many unhappy people coming in while I sat there and waited for 2 hours. I should have walked way earlier, so I guess its partly my fault.

Today (June the 15, 2010) was my first encounter with this incredible and honest and real shop. All Mechanics are ASC-Certified They did a Smog Certificate for my Honda VP 2004. Friendly, calm and highly trained. No more Dealerships for my services. It is Galaxy from now on! Thank you so much!

I came in to get a diagnostic done on my car since the engine light came on. The staff was very friend and even gave me a discount. It took about 2 hrs to check my car so make sure you come with time incase youre in a rush

Great! I just had my blazer fixed by these guys and they did a great job! I had to have my water pump replaced and a belt and thankfully it was all finished in one day.
