This shop is contracted with Fred Loya insurance...the lesson I learned is never ever ever go to the repair shop of the insurance company. My husband was hit by Fred Loyas policy holder. And my car was towed 20+ miles away from the crash site. I wasnt aware the car was going so far. The following day I decided to have the car taken to Caliber Collision. But after talking to Kim at Kraemer she reassured me that I would be satisfied with the repairs, and I would only be delaying the repairs by having it towed elsewhere (good point). 2 weeks later on a Friday we got the call that the car was ready, and found out that Kraemer was closed on weekends...flag on the play!!! Why is a car repair shop closed on the weekend when most people are off? Monday my husband and I went to pick up the car. And I couldnt have been more dissapointed. The spoiler was not flush to the bumper...when I pointed this out, Kim didnt seem to think it mattered. The spoiler, the bumper and the hood, are 3 different colors. No one seemed to believe that the new spoiler, bumper should match. Nor that my hood (hood was affected in the crash, was therefore was not painted) should match the new pieces. Or that I should get a new headlight to match the new replacement. My car looks like a mismatched puzzle!! I am completely dissatisfied and highly recommend that anyone considering utilizing this location, to look elsewhere. The customer is not right, the insurance is always right!

I came in today with my car. I needed an extremely small item attended to which literally would take 25 minutes per the shop... this meant it would take 15 tops. The shop estimate writer insisted that he couldnt charge me less than 2 book hours, when I asked what 2 book hours were and how much the hourly labor rate the shop charges, the math didnt add up. In fact, the estimator couldnt give me a straight answer why something that would take me at most 20 minutes to do (because I am slow and this is not my day job), would cost $80. In addition, they started telling me how the fender well I bought may not work so they would have to do some modifications to make it fit. I really felt like I was being given a sales pitch for a job any car enthusiast could do in their sleep, let alone body shop "professionals". So I went to another Body Shop, Preferred Auto Body. The guy there was great. He came out to look at the car, took the keys, and installed the fender well to my car in about 10 minutes. He didnt try and rip me off. He hesitantly charged me $20. I know which body shop to avoid and which one to frequent if the need arises.
