Good people and good mechanics. The least I can do is write them a review. My neighbor originally told me about this shop. This business is owner operated which is what I look for in any service business because the quality control and customer service is better. I can fix many things on my wifes suv and my own truck, but what I cant fix or dont have time to fix I bring here. I am a bit of a cheapskate, but I dont mind paying a fair price for a conscientious and knowledgeable mechanic. I have had brakes and bearings replaced, coolant hoses replaced, belts replaced, and my power window fixed. They do transmission and engine work too but thankfully our cars havent needed that yet.

I guess he can change an oil filter okay but other than that he really sucks. He cant diagnose problems correctly. I took my car back after paying $1000 in repairs because after all that it was STILL overheating. After letting him look at it again his response was, "Sorry, I just dont know whats the cause, and it will cost more money for me to look into it." The next day I took it to a Vietnamese mechanic who couldnt speak English too well, however he diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it in and hour! This guy really cant do much past an oil change so dont bother going here!!!

I have been using Reliable for my business and personal vehicles for ten years. I have always received technically proficient work. Most important, the owner is honest and will not try to sell you something you do not need. If they say I need it, I do it. It seems like most chain auto repair stores are just looking to sell you something extra you dont need.

John is friendly, honest and knows what he doing. Ive been taking my car there for any repair I need from oil changes, batteries, wheel bearings etc. His guys are also friendly and knowledgable and do their work quickly and professionally. His prices are more than reasonable and you will be treated with respect and no BS.

I was referred here by my brother who had work done on his civic. I have been to a lot of mechaincs in my life and this shop is very honest, professional, and overall on point. Their cusotmer service is phenomenal and speaks for itself. I definitely recommend them over the competition in the area.

Great customer service. I have been taking my cars to them for years and not once have I felt that I was over charged or they did any unnecessary repairs. They have even told me that some of the work I thought I needed was not necessary or could wait. Very honest repair shop.

I compared this shop to the Toyota dealer and tune n lube. I was able to get my oxygen sensor and serpintin belt change for half of Toyotas cost of just the belt. Tune n lube tried to sell me items I didnt need. I was very happy with the service and price. Highly recomended.
