These past couple weeks have been a hassle trying to get repairs done to my car. The part I dislike the most is researching for the right place that is professional and helps people feel welcomed. I found Auto Max Service through a Google search, I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly representitive he then transferred me to Jeff who immediately made me feel welcomed and like he actually cared about my situation. Before Jeff I called Arco Star Smog and Repair for an estimate they said their computer was "acting up" and will have to give me a call back (never called back). Went to jiffy lube early in the morning and the two guys there seemed less than happy to see that they had business coming in. To summarize I booked an appointment with Jeff and I am looking forward to it!

I have been taking my car to Crevier as part of the free maintenance program, but I recently got a flier on my car from Automax. I scheduled an appointment online and took my car in. They got me a ride to work in one of their Mercedes shuttles. The general manager, Greg, called me when my car was done and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I came back in to pick up my car and I didnt have to wait in line or go thru the confusing checkout process at most dealerships. Since I was in, I have recieved e-mail discounts, updates, and service reminders from Automax. Whenever I have a question they are more than willing to help out. I had a light bulb out the other day and they replaced it without charging me. Great service and great prices!!!!

I have a 1997 C-230 Mercedes with nearly 250,000 miles. Automax has taken great care of my baby for nearly 10 years now and are largely responsible for my cars longevity. Gregs knowledge (former head of service at Fletcher Jones) is unsurpassed. His guys dont work on a commission like many rip you off service centers. Jeff and the rest of the team remember who you are and have some of the best and most pleasant service I have experienced. Their work-center is exceptional with flat screens, desktops, wireless internet, and yummy coffee you brew fresh in single servings. Their 2-year warranty on parts is double the average. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and here the value and service are exceptional.

I have been taking my car to Automax for 3 years. I am always treated with professional courtesy and fast service. Whether my car needs a regular service, or I have a mechanical problem, the knowlege and experience of their staff has been great. All their work comes with a "no questions asked" guarantee. I feel that they are up front about the cost of repairs and make sure that I am comfortable with the repair plan. What I really like too, is that they discuss what needs to be fixed right away, and they also inform you of other service issues that will need attention in the future. I would recommend Automax Service Center.

The "dealer" type service experience, without the full dealer bend-over. This place is for people like me, who Need all the services a dealer service center has, however I dont need to though away money at the dealer just because I bought the car there. If youre a "do it your self" & jiffy lube it, this place is not for you. I deal with one service manager, who remembers me and my cars, replaces wiper blades & dome lights, drives me to work and washes the car when done.

AutoMax leaves their annoying flyers on my car in every parking lot I go to. I finally decided to give them a try and they ripped me off. They charged me over $700 for a timing belt replacement. When I asked around at other shops they all quoted me in the mid-$200 range so Im not sure how Auto-Max thinks their service is worth so much more. Save yourself money and a hassle. Choose a different mechanic.

Personalized Service! Jeff @ Automax has been taking care of my jeep for 7 years. He knows me by name, I never have to wait, I always have a private shuttle waiting to take me to work, and I love that my jeep is always washed and waiting for me. Repairs are reasonable and guaranteed, and I trust Jeff & Automax completely.

This place is a more convienient alternative to taking my Audi A4 from Orange all the way to Beach House Imports in Costa Mesa. This shop is closer by and has great service including a luxurious waiting room and time-saving shuttle. Jeff is friendly, helpful, and reliable over at Automax.

The guys at Automax do quality work! They have a very impressive operation going on there. They keep the place clean and organized. Their technicians are second to none and they are honest. I have been going to Automax for years. You cant put a price on good honest customer service.

First they jack up the price so much and then tell you they will give you $50 off the total. It is like stepping on your foot then demand you to thank them for easing the pressure.
