I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and got a call that my car needs a new axle boot worth over $400. I thought this was suspicious seeing that I had recently taken my car to a specialist who said nothing about a bad axle boot. Took the car home and first noticed they lost some of the under side guard screws. They even tried to replace some with US type screws, but stock are suppose to be metric screws. Noticed also some holes were stripped. When I inspected axle boot I saw a small cut that looked like it was made with a razor blade or diagonal cutters. This was suspicious because the under side guard would have protected this area. So why was there a cut? Grease from axle boot was everywhere. Had to do my own patch job. Im not at this point accusing them of cutting my axle boot, but I am accusing them of loosing screws, stripping threaded holes, and replacing with non-metric screws. This really puts into question their integrity. Will not take my car to Pepboys anymore. Seems like they are just focused on getting cars out the door kind of like a fast food restaurant with no care about quality. Update: I saw that they also lost my air filter clips.

Lazy old man with the grey hair at the front counter says they have a battery checker but not a charger, all while the automotive technician in the car bay told me that they did have a charger. Hey old man, that is the stupidest laziest excuse for not wanting to charge someones battery that was purchased at pep-boys.

You will never get better service as a woman that here at the Paramount PepBoys. Herb and Rafael are the best. They explain everything, show you whats going and help you each step of the way. As a single woman you need to feel like you arent being taken advantage of. I will take my cars nowhere else.

Best to come early when they open. Have a nice waiting room with a TV, vending machine, couch, chairs, table. Free hot Tea offered. There is an IHOP restaurant next door. Staff friendly. Good service. Very satisfied with the repair service done to my vehicle. Reasonably priced.

Worse service ever. I went to get a transmission oil change. i dont know how but they spilled transmission fluid all over my truck.and motor my lights inside my truck. Sooooo fuckn piss. .never goin again

They just dont care! Pull in and nobody came after 11 minutes in my car, I went inside the office to complain and the guy in charge looked at me like, ok so?!? It was on a Tuesday around 11am, NEVER again!!!
