Today is a GREAT day because after many wrong turns, I drove minutes from the 605 and 60 and after meeting John I knew I made the right choice. I had spent my morning pre interviewing 5 mechanics recommended from AAA (which took 3hrs). John at Pico Rivera Auto Clinic was the winner! Here is why. When I called he asked if he could call me back - proper to do so rather than leaving me on hold! He quickly called back and he asked if I knew the difference between the two quotes that he just gave me. He could have just given me the price$ and hung up -- but he didnt. And after a couple more minutes of speaking with him I realized that he was very kind , seemed honest and he had gone the extra mile. It was already the afternoon and he was still able to accomadate me. I loved that his shop was SUPER CLEAN AND ORGANIZED and very very easy to find and access. You can leave your car and catch a movie next door! He had a very friendly staff of experienced mechanics. And here is the kicker....I DID NOT NEED ANYTHING the other mechanics had told me I needed. However I did need brakes (which no one told me) and I had the $34.99 oil change and awesome inspection. There was a cool waiting room with a big nice TV where he also has different parts inside so he can demo what he is trying to explain! I watched how he took his time with each customer making them feel like they were the only ones there!! It was a cool xperince especially since it was hot outside and I had wasted my morning listening to people who didnt even know what time it was!!! AND... JOHN BEAT THE PRICE OF MY NORMAL BRAKE PERSON by $50. I have found my new mechanic - thank you Jesus! Because a dishonest mechanic could have charged me for any 1 of the things that I was sure was wrong with my car and Pico Rivera didnt! :)

Being a district manager in retail, I know a lot about running a business. When it comes down to it, its all about taking care of people and the relationships you build with them. John Sirob is without question one of the most professional, thorough, honest people Ive ever dealt with in my life. Ive come to John at the Pico Rivera Auto Clinic for over 5 years now and hes never disappointed me. My car, an old 92 Toyota, has run without issue ever seen Ive come to see John and with my regular visits (oil changes, filter replacements, etc) Im confident that Ill have my car running smoothly for many more years to come. Ive been to many mechanics before in my life, but now that I know John I come here and never look back. In me he has a customer for life.

Courteous professional great service. They explain to you what exactly is wrong with your car and how to fix it and how much its going to cost you. Great location restaurants and theaters just next door. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

If this is still owned by Mr. Sirob you should avoid this business. The mechanics he hires are not qualified and it will cost you thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes. It happened to me and it ended our friendship.
