The staff members at this facility are ill prepared and apathetic towards their customers. In the case of an emergency such as the recent break in of my vehicle in the parking lot next to the gym they failed to inform me until after I had walked out to my car even though they were aware of what had happened beforehand. They failed to offer any form of assistance and simply remained standing at the front desk. The front staff of the late afternoon shift seem unqualified to do a decent job.

Great gym! Always clean..Always available machines and the staff is great..for those saying that employees are rude or sad they must be crazy they are all very welcoming. As for those giving one start for their cars being scratched you must be and idiot to think a business owes you something because of what someone else did. They are not responsible for your belongings, or anything that happens to your car. Look up codes and regulations before implying negative things towards a business.

PLEASE CONSIDER SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN THE BACK OF THE GYM! MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THE STAFF COULD DO! However, the only thing I do request for the owner to consider is more surveillance cameras and better security. The security guard doest even walk around. How sad that as a college student I come here to relieve my stress and now I do not feel safe coming here anymore. The staff did not even come outside to check on me or cared enough to assist me.

Crowded with people as well as the machines. Maybe they didnt spend enough time planning the layout? Paths between machines and benches are too narrow, and there is not enough room for even simple stretches. If you were one of only 10 people in the gym, maybe thered be enough room, but since that doesnt happen, youll probably experience feeling squished at one point or another. Great staff, clean facility.

It was a good gym the time I was here however when I had to cancel my membership they continued to keep charging me even though the statement I got said I had to pay nothing at that time or in the future. Whats worse is the number doesnt work or theres nobody working there because they dont answer calls. I am completely disappointed that it wasnt a good establishment.

The machines and premises are great but the girls are EXTREMELY RUDE! I honestly feel so unwelcomed, when I signed up I wanted to ask about the machines and all the good stuff they had and they made me feel stupid like if it was common sense and I was bothering them, Im gonna be cancelling my membership this month dont feel like seeing theyre rude stare any longer.

I really enjoy working out at this gym. My only issue is that several times there are people on the machines just on their phones and the staff doesnt say anything. If youre here to workout then workout if not stay home on your couch and do you phone necessities thre. Staff please say something to those members!

Very cheap, so good for beginners and trainees who wants to work out for a short period (over summer break, winter break, etc) Many people do not have gym manners (keep every single dumbbells theyre using, talk for a long time while on a machine)

Not a member of the club, But I like to say I am really impressed by how the planet fitness (owner) appears to read and respond to the comments in here about its Business. This is 1 of the many reason why it will succeed.

Went in today friendly staff greated me with smiles clean gym really neat only bad thing i could say is it was pretty full i had to start weights machined and stretches before cardio because all the tredmills were tooken

The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the patrons are considerate, the equipment is quickly repaired, big parking lot with security. No complaints. Location is being run perfectly.

front desk is garbage employees are rude and on thir phones, i saw a guy sniffing some sort of powder in the restroom and someone tried to fight me in theparking lot because "thats my spot bro!!"
