Tuve una muy mala experiencia, me rompieron Los vidrios del carro , y no tienen seguridad y me robaron todo lo q tenia dentro de mi carro y no puedo hacer nada no a quien reportar por q no hay camarss de seguridad , todas Las personas q van a ese lugar de ejersicio tienen q tener cuidado por falta de seguridad para todas Las personas. La membresia es muy Alta y no hay seguridad ninguna

A los empleados deberían de enseñarles saludar y recibir bien a sus clientes como lo hacen en firestone pero voy a la de lakewood porque me queda más cerca y hay menos gente estoy satisfecha con las máquinas y las clases , el jacuzzi está muy sucio deberían de hacerle un mejor mantenimiento , piscina y baños . Puede mejorar y lograr ser 5 estrellas , espero valga mi sugerencia .

This place is jammed all the time. Almost 40 cardio machines and with a couple usually out of order, you almost always have to wait. Not nearly enough weights in the normal weight avg 20-35 pounds (unless your a meat head, and like to grunt). You always have to search for them ! People not into sharing in this town. Ive asked to work in and been given the shoulder more than once. Too much testosterone in this little village for me. Highly recommend doing yourself a favor and finding somewhere else to workout. Oh yeah 9 times out of 10 the locker room stinks like somebodies bad foot odor. How does that happen in a purpose built facility.

I wish I could give zero stars to this place but I guess not. The machines are all broken, weights are never racked, the pool water is green/blue and reeks of Clorox. Angel, the sales rep, is the absolute worst. He has no customer service skills whatsoever and his lack of education is beyond evident. Seriously, such a rude person. Go to another gym...they "remodeled" this one but having brainless individuals running the place makes the remodeling pretty useless. Cant wait for the 24 Hour Fitness thats opening behind them.....canceling my membership here and going to that one instead.

All the people that say this place is clean, has modern machines, and blah blah blah obviously havent been to an actual clean LaFitness. This place sucks major balls. Old ass hell free weights,plates are EVERYWHERE, the dumbbells are everywhere,the bathrooms are gross,the floor in the gym is dirty as hell too.would it kill them to run a vacuum once in awhile??? Yeah Im not going back to this hell hole,for all those that praise it,you can keep it.I pay to have a clean,organized,with working machines, gym.....not something that would be founded at a state prison.

I thought this was a real gym. I guess not! They dont like it when you deadlift with proper form and bring down a weight of 405lbs even if you bring it down gently its going to make noise but yet theyre okay with members tossing dumbells down instead of reracking them or placing them on the floor also the weights are everywhere and you can never find any plates or dumbells without a couple of minutes looking plus their personal trainers need work or changing saw one having a member leg press losing out their legs

This place has got to be one of the worst gyms Ive ever been to. I mean Im taking a shower and they have no curtains first of all. and guys continue to look at me and smile and then they have the nerve to tell me I have a really great body. seriously get some damn curtains or give these dam gay guys another shower room to themselves. I talk to the staff about it and they spoke to me like I was some homeless man second class citizen. very very rude

Horrible,,el personal es muy grosero, el sauna nunca se puede entrar por que esta lleno de hombres en calsonsillos y sucios,,, y no cumplen con lo que prometen...No entren ahi!!

Me parece, lo único que los morros y las morrillas que te reciben no saludan no tienen buen enfoque en servicio al cliente pero mi amor cheyene ella si siempre nos recibe con una sonrisa

Well, as a visitor with a view to purchasing a membership, i will not be doing so untill the assistant manager decides to stop chewing his gum in my face whilst talking to me. Also...i am not a lacky that jumps and comes to him when he waves me to come to him from accross the room. These are simple customer service etticut requirements. I am a customer, not his bro or junky or dog.

Horrible. when it was a Ballys it was an updated gym all new equipment lockers and restrooms were clean. ever since LA Fitness took over it gets overcrouded, lockers and restrooms are horrible always dirty. Machines are always broken. do not go to this one or the one in Firestone. in fact choose a different Gym La Fitness is not worth what they charge

The ONLY problem I see at this Gym are the random un-educated people (dont mean school, mean manners) but thats not the Gyms fault. However... They built the bathrooms in the same open area of the lockers. Toilet smell everywhere in the mens, maybe the ventilation, bottom line, stinks ALL THE TIME. No complaints about staff, they do listen.

I am glad they remodeled this gym, I was about to cancel my membership. Place was always dirty, machines were always broken. I will give it another chance. The members are the ones who mess up the gym, they dont re-rack, they dont wipe up the machines after use, the ladies room is so dirty, ladies leave their hair all over the place.

Weights are thrown everywhere in the free weight area. People that go to the gym dont put there weights back where they belong. The staff is lazy. Ive seen them try pick up dumbbells but dont put them back in order. The atmosphere here sucks. Just plain ghetto. Worst LA fitness gym Ive been too.

Cleanliness is an issue for me. There are times when I see they same trash all week on cardiovascular machines. The spray to clean machines starts off Monday with color by the end of the week looks like water. Paid the whole year so have no choice but to go there for convienence.

Worst gym Ive been to. The manager Cheyenne needs to learn how to speak to gym members she very rude and always chewing gum right in your face. Thats why I left LA fitness and joined 24 fitness a block away. Better prices and know how to treat members

This place has gone way down as far as cleanlines goes. Im talking the bathrooms are Always dirty, and hardly ever stocked. The machines go broken for weeks at a time, and the staff now are kids too busy giggling and making Goo Goo eyes at each other.

One of the salesmen lied about the terms of the contract, when I wanted to confront him, he had been relocated to the Firestone location, his name is Robert. He knew he was closed to being transferred, the manager refused to intervene to help me.

I tense to usually go after work about 9 or 10am, I liked that has a good amount of people. Never full, so no waiting on any of the machines. Good job of maintaining a clean atmosphere both in that locker rooms & with equipment.
