Came in to look for a lightweight foundation that didnt make me look busted after work. I was interested in Clinique just wasnt sure which one would be right. Ive tried a ton of foundations but never Clinique. I was referred by an employee to Ariel who was the "Clinique girl" if you will. And honestly she was amazing!!! I dont have the best skin due to bad acne in HS. And she did everything to help. She listened to what worried me and what I was looking for. She recommended me to a foundation gave me a few tips and made me fall in love with the clarifying lotion. I went in thinking this should be fun(sarcasm). And it actually was. Shes like the friend who isnt annoying and is super likable and good at what she does. The experience I had was outstanding that I had called back a few days later to see if I could talk to Ariel and ask her what products she used on my face because I had never had my face feel so clean and soft the girl who answered took my info down and told me Ariel would call me. A days later I got a call from Ariel and she asked if I wanted to come in for a facial and would go over the products she used on my skin so I agreed because whos going to turn down a free facial LOL. When I came in she remembered who I was sat me down took all my make up off prepped my skin gave me the best facial ever I looked silly in the store though but it literally made my skin feel so amazing this girl definitely sold me on Clinique products and was able to give me some generous samples as well I just want to say thank you to Ariel and thank you to ulta for hiring Ariel!

I was never very interested in make up, but that soon changed when my boyfriend recommended it to make me feel good about myself, to feel and look beautiful, and increase my self-confidence, Ive come to ulta several times within the past few months and being at Ulta has definitely done it all for me, Hannah was my make up artist the first time I came here and we very quickly became friends, she seemed to love what she was doing, and sharing her art with me, I felt very cared about, the best part about my experience was her friendly and optimistic, warm and welcoming personality, and that is why I have become a regular customer here, not only Hannah, but all the employees here have given me similar treatment, they seem like a great team and family who love what they do and I cant resist wanting to be a part of that atmosphere, I not only feel cared about as a customer, but I feel at home, Ive gotten to know some great people that work here, Kejon is a great guy and has a very friendly and welcoming personality, you can always expect a bright smile, and he has a heart of gold, hes always been very accommodating, and having some anxiety I can always look forward to coming here because I feel respected, valued, and understood, Juanita has been my hairstylist and always does a fantastic job, no matter how Im feeling coming here always puts a smile on my face, and I know the team here really cares because they always seem happy to help me the whole way through :) thank you so much for all youve done! Your amazing!

No Customer Service or care. Booked an appt online for 5:30p - recvd a call asking if I could come in earlier. Advised that I was not in town but would call when I was close to ask if I they still wanted me to come in early. I called at 4:50 and was told come on in. Got there - was asked 5 different times who I was there - explained once again that the system had my husbands name as we share an email address. I could tell Stephanie was uncomfortable with my question - so I asked is Angelina not available until 5:30p. She responded shes in a meeting. What?! Why tell me its ok to come on over - why ask me if I can come in earlier. She then proceeded to offer to wash my hair for 20 min. No thanks Ill take my business elsewhere. Told them go ahead and cancel my husbands appt to - youve lost 2 paying customers.

Going shopping here was like going shopping with a toddler after two shots of espresso and a Mountain Dew backer. You walk in looking like a walking train wreck "EVERYONE BERATE HER BECAUSE SHE NEEDS US!" You walk in with a face beat better than Mayweather "EVERYONE BERATE HER WITH SOMETHING EXPENSIVE!" I understand that your corporate divisions give you unrealistic sales goals, but leave the shoppers alone! We didnt fumble out of Narnia and have no idea what were doing, we dont care what your managers insist on selling, we just want to shop!

Their service at the salon is pretty good but their salon prices change everytime I go there. One time I went for a hairstyle, they charged me 20 dollars and the next time I went, they charged me 40 dollars for the getting the same style done! I am not sure if I wud visit them again!

I dont use the salon, just come for mascara and Anastasia eyebrow pencils. Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone is always ready to help. The only thing I will complain about is that sometimes the lines are long, they could use more people at the register.

Ulta carries a huge selection of both drugstore and high-end cosmetics. The store is usually very busy on weekends. The checkout line is long and weaves through aisles of shoppers, which can get crowded.

I want to commend Banita, a hairstylist there. Not only was she very good at her job, she went beyond and also gave me tips on maintaining my hair. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.
