Teeny Weeny

I went here 2 days ago and Monica did my hair she completely ruined my hair it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. My hair wont stop breaking off! the highlights are completely uneven and spotty. She just did a garbage job! She had me sitting there with the chemicals in my hair for over 2 hours while she helped other people. She absolutely does not know what shes doing. DO NOT LET MONICA TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!!
