Ive only been here two times. First time I got a brand new set of acrylic nails and I thought I was really in for a treat. Unfortunately in less than 2 weeks I broke three nails! This is never happened before. I went somewhere else and paid to get one nail fixed and then within the last two days the other two popped off. Disappointed I returned to get them repaired and thought Id get a fill and just ask them to make them a little bit thicker. Unfortunately it was at the end of the day and the operator was very tired and I dont believe she was doing the quality work she did in the beginning of her day. So I asked asked her to smooth the nails down more and finish it the way that I needed it to be. She did so but after an hour and a half later (& after having to wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment) I was told never to come back that "they didnt want my service anymore." I told them that Id be putting out a review about this because I think people need to know what theyre getting in for & what to expect. They seem to have a lot of favorable clientele, but for whatever reason it wasnt a good fit for me. Choice is yours if you want to give it a shot, but just know that if theres something you dont like you may be asked not to return

Im not going back there ever again. I went to Holly couple of times, she has very bad attitude and doesnt know how to do a nice and clean pink and white nails. My nails looked awful, I had lines all around my nails and all different color powder, when I asked her to get rid of the lines, she started giving me attitude and said your nails take too long, and through my hands around and ignore what I was asking her, and started talking to other operators in Vietnamese about me. It was very obvious that she did not want my business by treating me so badly. I had to go some place else, spend more money and get a new set. I do not recommend this place at all.

I really enjoy this place. Its very close to my house and the quality of the work they do is great. The place is clean, and I get the vibe that the ladies in there are not talking badly amongst themselves. Theres a receptionist lady who handles scheduling and money so the techs can work. Ive been here twice and Ill go again. My nails always look great and last for ever. Parking is tight. They share a parking lot with martial arts studio and a music lessons place. Theres parking in the street if you cant find it in the lot. They take card, but the tips are cash only. Thats standard I think, but I was caught unaware. Just FYI.

Worst experience ever! My mother and I are visiting area for first time and wanted basic mani/pedi. They dont soak your hands, just dipped in water nor would they use Polish remover to take off Polish she buffed it off. Tried to tell her what we needed she shook her hand at me and said "dont care" "dont care". Then they wanted to charge another $15 to wash the bottom of our feet, what? Because I complained the lady stood over us the whole time we were there. Depending on your nationality use caution if you still choose to go to them. Felt really bad for my moms treatment and experience.

i go to this place all the time! yesterday i had very overgrown acrylic nails and they took care of me pretty well. my only complaint is that the nail mechanic pressed the drill too hard into my nails many times, but the negligence of waiting about a month to get my nails done did let me pull and push the acrylics, making them a bit sore. so my tenderness is likely my own fault. i love their service though, and because i come here very often (and this is my only complaint) i am giving five stars! they handle each client very gently and carefully, and all of them are very sweet and kind.

I love this salon! It moved from the Camden address to union/ foxworthy a month ago. Amy & Tina own & run the salon beautifully. Were always greeted by name with a smile. The staff here is chosen well. The quality of service provided is excellent. Prices are affordable, clearly labeled with no surprises. No chips, no smudges, no pain. I always feel comfortable and relaxed after a visit to their salon. My favorite salon!

Amy is the best there, but then again all the ladies have done my nails and always came out great. They take their time, its relaxing there, and the prices reflect on the workmanship. Ive came here since my nail place near my house always has kids running around and not enough employees. Here is perfect and Ill stay a loyal customer.

I tried for the first time last week, as my kids attend piano classes close by in the evenings. The work was done carefully and with quality by Holly, and even one week after, my nails still look pretty good ( regular manicure ) ... going back there today to have it again!

Worst experience ever! Not very many good technicians work there. And the one time I found a good one and made an appointment they screwed that up and tried to give me someone else!!! I walked out and went to Hollywood nails on Bascom a MUCH better place!

I LOVE this place and these ladies. Im always treated respectfully and greeted warmly. Amy does an amazing job on my gel manicure, with gorgeous designs when I ask. I cant imagine going anywhere else.
