WORST car wash ever! 2 HOURS after I took it in FOR A BASIC CAR WASH and SPOT TREATMENT they still werent done. I had to demand my car back. The interior was dirtier than when I took it in! I had already polished my dashboard before I took it in. After they were done, there was dirt and cleaner stains all over it! There was another customer behind me complaining about the same thing! A BASIC CAR WASH and SPOT TREATMENT and her car wasnt even started yet either! When my mom left she still had bird poop on her car! She bought their most expensive package and it still wasnt clean! Its not like we were muddin or anything before we took our cars in, they were relatively clean. Just a layer of dust/dirt on the exterior.Terrible customer service. There were a group of us inside complaining that the cars werent clean or even vacuumed. She just brushed it off and said they were busy.

I decided it was time to take my car to Suds in El Dorado Hills for a wash at lunch time today. I chose the Managers special which is 50% off which brings the cost down to 25.72. They did a complete interior, exterior, tires, wheels, etc. On my way back to work at Business Park 1 - as I turned onto Golden Foothill Parkway one of the sprinklers was broken and water was spouting out like a waterfall-not only wasting tons of water but ruining my beautiful car wash! Taking a chance I called Tia at Suds and told her what had happened and she said to bring my car back in and they would re-do the exterior. Talk about amazing customer service - definitely going above an beyond. The staff, crew and owners at Suds are outstanding. Not only that but I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes!!

I was not only impressed with the job that they did on my car, but one of the workers apparently hit the curb pulling my car into the car wash and left a nick on my front wheel. I wouldnt even had known, if it wasnt for the fact that the manager, Jason B. told me and offered to fix it or give me a full detail on my car. In this day and age, you dont often see people admitting that they are in the wrong and offering to make good on it. Thank-you Jason and to the worker (I didnt get his name) for your honesty.

I came here to have a car cleaned for selling and am not disappointed. It looks as good as new, wonderful. So glad I brought my car here and have another that will be coming soon as well. They have a nice lobby to sit and wait in or there are many shops and restaurants in the area to keep you busy while the car is being cleaned up.

Was told it would take one hour to get our car washed. We are going on 1 hour and 35 minutes. I guess if you have nothing to do all day its okay. The other thing is there prices all went up. The basic is $19.99, and If you want your tires done its $25.00!

Basic car cash wash is 19$, and they dont even clean your tires, plus the waiting line is 30 minutes, car sits for 15 minutes in the sun with water on before they start wiping it down...talking about leaving water spots on the car
