Ordered the most expensive car wash package and asked for them to pay extra attention to my windshield since I had just driven across the country. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. While for the highest car wash package should take longer so they can really clean the car, after all thats what Im paying for. They pulled my car up to the car wash within 5 minutes of me leaving it and I know with 3 dogs that there was no way they actually vacuumed my car in that little amount of time. When I get into my car and drive off I notice numerous things: 1. My windshield is not free of bugs 2. My carpets are still filled with hair as if they didnt even vacuum huge portions of the car 3. They scratched the inside of my windshield (how does one even do this?) 4. They ripped the defroster cord off the back window of my 2015 Tahoe. I go to the dealership to have them reattach the cord to get notified that Id have to replace the entire back window which costs $530. So for less than $40 car wash I not only didnt get a good cleaning but I now have to replace my window. I will never go back to this place, Ive never had someone screw up so badly at a car wash.

I go to Folsom Glenn Car Wash most every time I visit Folsom. Usually it is a pretty good experience. I was there a few weeks ago and it wasnt a good experience. The back window defogger wire was BROKEN off my 2015 Yukon. When I talked to the manager he said basically "I cant say we did it, but I will take care of it". They took it over to the lube place and glued a new connector thing on the back glass, put some tape on it and told me it would be setup in 3 hours. 5 hours later when I took the tape off the new connector came with it. I called the car wash and asked to speak with the manager, when I told them why I was calling, the manager was not in. I gave the guy my number he said the manager would call me back in a couple of hours. Never happened. I am mostly upset that I was just blown off, not that it happened. I was told by the dealer the only way to really fix it is to replace the whole back glass $$$....

showed up for the first time at this car wash, sure they want you to get the top dollar car wash like 70 bucks ouch!, settled for the prospector wash for about 35, when i get my ticket i see they are charging me an extra $1 for suv,,van,larg truck, come on folks i was in my little Honda fit!, sure I got a 3 dollar mgr comp for a new customer, but after the wash and tip $2, still came to 35 bucks, but heres the thing later on when Im at the grocery store I see streaks and looks like stains, on the finish Im like what? Do i go back there and complain? no such thing as a great car wash these days i wont be going back

Worst experience I ever faced till now, even customer service too. I particularly mentioned to clean my trunk edges and they said, will take extra care. But, while service was done and went to take my car, all those dusts was there and while asked them, they simply said it wont cover in the basic wash. I paid $19.99 for just water wash on exterior, thats also not satisfied one. I wont prefer this store here after, if you want to go still, may be take there high end package, their basic package will make you sick.

Our Mercedes has gone to the hand wash since it was born in 2008. They have a long standing excellent in my milage log. Its helpful to treat the team with dignity and respect and they will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Giving the guys a good tip is civilized and they remember you. I had a cleaner tell me HE was not satisfied with the vacuum job and re did it. I am impressed. Go in happy and leave satisfied with the work every time.

going in early will save you a lot of wait time on the weekends. The car sparkles and the interior looks really good. I can see some spots that were missed, and some dirt still on the exterior of my car but honestly, this happens when I wash it and my car doesnt looks as good. Id say theyre average for attention to detail but were extremely fast and curtious. Just an FYI - this is a touch car wash.

Excellent service!! Great attitudes. On Friday afternoon I purchased the $24.99 package after a big camping trip and expected a decent clean up, but they went above and beyond my expectations! This was a my first time there, but I will definitely make the cross town commute to come again. My car was spotless inside and out! My 8 year old son even said " Mom, they did better than Suds Car wash"!

I cant say enough about this car wash. From the top down John, Boady, all the guys and gals that work there. I have a vehicle that needs to be custom washed every time due to its size. This car wash not only accommodates me but make sure that every time I walk out of there I 100% have the best car wash Ive ever seen. I cannot recommend them enough ...

Overpriced and not very thorough. $35 is more than I’d pay in SF for a carwash and they didn’t even fully clean the car interior (see my photos). I get they need to get through the vehicles fast, but it seemed like a pretty superficial interior clean to me. That said the outside was spotless.

Dont waste your money. Used to go here AT LEAST once a month but the washes have gotten worse each time I go. Today will be the last time. They vacuum where its easy for them and any dirt or bugs that require any scrubbing will still be there when theyre done.

I always come here to get an oil change and a wash and the guys here are awesome! They do a fantastic job and always let me know if something is wrong with my car and what I need to do to fix it. I will continue to bring my car here and you should too!

Unimpressed. Merely just content with the quality of work I got back. Luckily it wasnt too expensive. Its was worth making a face to face complaint about. They had a very unwelcoming vibe. Definitely better car washes around.

Pricy, but man they do a good job. Hand wipe the whole exterior, including wheels AND they clean the inside. Fast and always courteous. For the wash between a fast gas station and the full detail, this is the place.
