I dont why those with lower ratings had issues with this place, but my experience with them off-and-on in the last three years has been very good. In fact, in the last two months, Ive visited them three times for its upper level washes and have been very happy with it. While other washes Ive been to in the Manteca, Tracy, and Stockton area dont even clean your rear view mirror, let alone wipe down your seats well, Stockton Auto Center Car Wash does a pretty thorough job. Sure, theres missing spots when I get my car, but the person handing off the keys is very receptive to take care of it when I point it out. AND he or she understands and speaks English. Something very difficult to find these days at most car washes.

I have been to a few comparable car washes in the San Joaquin Valley and this one far exceeds in quality. The people that take your order and the cash register person might not be the best, but I dont go there for their service, I go to get my car cleaned as best as possible for the money. The staff cleans and washes the vehicles in many areas that other car washes dont (such as in between the door jams, wiper blades), and you can see their detail if you watch the staff. I will agree it takes about a minute or two longer than most places, but compared to the other places I have not once been unhappy when I get in my car.

If I could give a negative reviews I would. My car was dirtier when I left than when I came. They left black muck on my white car that was not there when I came. There was long black hairs in my car I have short brown hair. My radio was changed to a Spanish station and I do not listen to Spanish music. And to make my trip even better my small ice chest was empty of the drinks I had just put in and all my change in my change holder disappeared. When I spoke with the manager he told me I shouldnt have had a full cooler and change in my car since you know this is Stockton.

I got to zoom frequently but never had an experience like I did the other day the review is a little late but just found time to do so. While waiting Lucas gave me the best customer service I ever had. Most of the time a lot of people dont seem interested and seem genuinely fake but today Lucas has changed that experience at zoom for me I would refer him to anyone he took great care of my car and made sure everything is perfect and he made great conversation got a clean car and a new companion will repeat as long as people like Lucas are there.

Horrible i do not recommend. I had a free car wash that a dealer had gave me so I was like lets try this place. I was standing out front waiting for my car to be done and what I saw made me never want to go again. When one car came out the wash another one came from the back and slightly hit the front one. The cars were kind of old. So they just let it slide and did not tell the customer.

Didnt want to post a review after only being there one time and they had done a horrible job. So gave them other opportunities. Not sure if its poor management or just bad employees. They are rude and short with their customers and really dont care. Prime example of a business that could be great but you would definitely want to take your business, time and money someplace else.

it was a big job done poorly and when I realized that I had left cash in the truck it was too late. tips are what will fit into there pocket. after paying 230$ Im thinking of the tip for steeling cash out of my truck { DONT EXPECT ME TO COME BACK } 4 yrs 2 times is enough, hell once was enough. hope yall choke on what ever you buy .

They are good. But still not as good as if I did it myself. But to help save time I will take my vehicle here. I get the full service. I will also t go to the one on March Lane because it is a little closet but if I have time I prefer the one on Hammer. I have it 4 stars because I feel there is room for improvement.

Was my first time at this Zoom location. I normally go to Quail Lakes. Was a very smooth process. I was particularly impressed with Lucas, whom went above and beyond to ensure my truck left there amazing! I would highly recommend this car wash. Thank you, Lucas for providing me with first class customer service.

I was happy with the car wash. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly. I will have to agree with other reviews if you needed gas the attended didn’t want to be there. I was disappointed that they didn’t give a discount if you bought a wash. All in all I would go there again.

If I could I would give them zero. The wash and drying with towels my 6 year old does better. I think Blue Beacon should open a car wash. They can wash a semi and trailer in the same about of time using guys and its 10 times better. Never the less who would let ppl drive there cars.

My SUV was in sorry shape. Life took priority and the entire car needed help. ZOOM detail went above and beyond and made it look like showroom new. Matter of fact is that it looks better than when I bought it new. All of the crew.Did a fantastic job! Thank yoy!

They do a horrible job valcumming here. I always have to valcum again after them. They also dont apply armor all protectent very well. They leave smears everywhere. It always look like a rush job when I come here for a car wash.

Every time I go to zoom I always have the best experience, everyone there is friendly and very helpful! Not to mention my car is always looking super clean everytime I go. I Highly recommend you go get your car washed at zoom

Yes I love Zoom car wash been going there for about 6 months I go at least twice a week and they do an excellent job and when they make a mistake they fix it with a smile thanks zoom car wash for keeping my car nice and clean

I asked one of the workers to clean the inside and i guess they did but to my surprise when i got in the car there was a condom wrapper under my sit. Couldve spent that money on some froot loops

Always do a quick oil change plus the free wash is great. Plus after the wash they vacuum the inside and make sure your car is looking better than ever. My family goes for all our cars.
