STAY AWAY!! DO NOT GO HERE!! These people will ruin your vehicle, they have no clue what they are doing!! The "deal" for $130 is not worth it, in fact it is not worth it - even for free. They did the interior/exterior detail on my van and it was terrible, absolutely horrific! When I told them I would stay and wait, they acted surprised and almost alarmed. Now I understand why, and that should have been my first warning, I should have listened to my instincts and turned away right then - my HUGE mistake! I watched them as they sprayed the outside with a strong detergent pre-treatment before washing my vehicle (fairly normal). Then they opened up the inside and sprayed the solution all over the interior! Are you kidding me?!! Worse, they didnt extract the detergent and it took 3-4 days to semi-dry the soaked seats and carpet. They left soap stains on my fabric seats and and puddles (yes, standing liquid) of this very harsh detergent in cup holders and door handles. It smelled so toxic that I had to drive with the windows open for days! I mopped up the stains and soaked interior, took 4 huge towels just to get the stains somewhat removed. (It then took 4 rinses in the washer just to get the towels free of the toxic solution). I then took my van to a professional detail place because the smell was unbearable. They were aghast at what they had been done and said the toxic acidic solution could eventually ruin my seats & interior fabric. Fortunately, after an very intense and long cleaning at this professional detail shop, they managed to remove most of the chemical. It still smells toxic and the pro-detailer said it would probably take 2-3 washings to completely get all the chemical out of the fabric. Just stay away. These people are fools, do not trust them with your vehicle!! Even if they pay you to wash your car it is not worth it.

Years ago, this car wash used to be my favorite one. But like with anything, once a business becomes popular, its quality of service declines. Went there this morning, bright and early, wanting to get in and out in a relatively short timeframe. Well, when I arrive, Im told theyre severely understaffed and I might have to wait an hour. There were only 2 cars there! So, I said ok, maybe some employees called in and I can understand how that can cause problems. So, I waited patiently. When I finally get my car back, the exterior wash I came for was not satisfactory. Lets just put it this way... I left and promptly took my car to Roseville auto spa (I live in Roseville). I dont blame the poor employees who were working hard, but obviously needed help. I blame management for poor planning. Its the beginning of Spring and the weather is absolutely gorgeous...lots of people will want car washes.

This use to be one of the best places to have my cars washed, but over the past 1 1/2 it has been going down hill. The attention to detail is not there. I had to take one of my vehicles in a few times for it to come out clean with only a few smears left in it. My car came out clean this time, but the windows werent done very well. Sadly the quality is going down hill and seems they are having problems keeping it staffed. So it is also taking much longer to get the vehicles washed.

Went there to get a car wash. As they were drDriving my car out they somehow broke it. Not sure what they did to it as I was trying to figure out what was going on the manager started yelling at me and threatening me. Needless to say I was a bit taken a back-and started trying to protect myself. As I drove away he screamed he wanted the receipt for some reason. So I drove back-and gave it to him. And then out of nowhere he hit me. Police are called for assault.

This place deserves 5 stars! I was skeptical at 1st due to the bad reviews but I truly had an amazing experience. I got the full interior detail with maximum hand wash and hand wax. My car looked brand new after their amazing service. My wife is the one that took my car there and they treated her very well. I had a good experience and would recommend this place.

Paid $49.99+ tax on June 7, 2016. Very poor job. Front wheel rims not toched at all. Inside cleaning shabby. I dont know what cleaner they used. Dash board and other inside areas looks mopped with a wet towel only. Did not look like a car cleaned right now. Was in hurry to go, so could not complain to the supervisor personally.

Only hand wash place I can find in the area. Everywhere else says hand wash and then runs the cars through a machine with people hand drying at the end. Here, they send them through a former machine wash tunnel where people are actually hand washing them! Very good for a black paint job.

I have to agree with some of the others. This used to be a great car wash. Unfortunately their performance has gone down hill. They used to be so thorough. The minute I opened my door I could see that they didnt wipe off the seats because they still had mud on them. Hope service improves

Took my car in for a detail at $150 and was quoted 2 hours for completion. Came back 4 hours later, all employees but one went to lunch with a dirty pile of cloth on my car, and told me I needed to wait 2 more hours. Is this how to run a business????

Really nice garage with parking next to pumps for rv/trailer, exit has traffic light which makes it easy to access and exit for tow vehicles. Wash available and well stocked shop. Conveniently located near Folsom lake on Folsom-auburn Rd and Hwy 50

Besides the fact that it took over an hour for the $20.99 wash, the car looks like the dirt that was there when I arrived was just smeared around and relocated on the mirrors and wheels. Will never go back again.

Had the car detailed on a coupon 7/13/16. They did a good job on the carpet, seats and general cleaning of the exterior. They missed the trunk, center console and left streaks on the dash. Not impressed.

I was at this carwash yesterday and got their manager special deal. The crew did a really good job on my car as I have 2 kids and the car gets dirty. I am very pleased and will be coming back for sure.

Service was ok. They forgot to vacuum out my trunk and put the floor mats back they where. Left dirty towels in my car, the towels that where used to clean the car, whipe it down with.

Overpriced car wash with poor customer service - it takes them 30+ minutes to wash/dry the car - I was not happy each of the 7 times I came here, I wont be back.

Awesome service and great work. But they take their time actually cleaning your car, so make sure you have plenty of time to spare.
