So the 2 star rating is more because of customer service than quality of the wash, although I will touch a little on the quality. I had a monthly membership for two of my vehicles for about 4 months or so. I went through approximately 2 times a week between both. When I went through with my 14 tundra (which I do 1 time a week normally) I heard a loud bang like something hit my car and after I inspected I noticed the antenna was snapped off (my antenna is stock and bends in any direction). I talked to one of the employees and he said I need to come back the next day and I had to wait about 15 min before he could go retrieve my broken antenna. When I came back and told who I assumed was a manager or supervisor, they immediately said you can file a claim but they wont cover it as its stated as you drive in. I said its the kind of antenna that flexible and I see lots of cars/trucks that constantly drive through with them. She stated that it didnt matter. So after discussing it further I was told that if I wanted to use their service I would need to park and exit the vehicle, take off my antenna, get back in, drive through, park, get out and reattach my antenna (which totally makes the service inconvenient). I asked if she could cancel both my vehicles memberships and she happily did without hesitation. So be warned for every person out there that I see drive through with one of the flexible antennas, they are not covered and can/will break. Not once did any of the employees warn me or ask or remind me if I wanted to detach my antenna before driving through which irratates me greatly. They could do this after Im done flagging someone down for a dash wipe which I constantly have to do. As for quality: Id rate 4/5 for the wash itself, it does leave water spots (almost any car wash does). Sometimes theres still a little soap left on the car. vaccumes are weak at times and the trash cans need to be changed out more during the busier hours. Theyre always full when I go, but it may just be timing for me.

Well first of all we have been using this place for as long as I can remember but everytime I go there the service get worst and worst. Today when I got out my whole truck was still dripping wet and half was still dirty. When I confronted them about the problem the told me I needed to show them the reciet which I had not received. So when I told them that my truck is still dripping wet they told me I can either purchase rags or I can use paper towels to dry my truck. Im 16 and I have never been so dissatisfied with a businesses customer service. I am highly doubtful I will ever use this place again.

Friendly staff! The quality of the wash is fantastic! My car hasnt been scratched by their washing brushes and the wash really does help get most, if not all, of the dirt and dust from on the car. I take a sedan into their wash, and its great! The vacuuming service is good. Nothing special, but it gets the job done.

Great wash service and love the feee vacuums. Theres a bleached blonde girl who works there (at least on Sunday nights), who if you dont turn your wheels fast enough for her, will share some of her sass with you. Other than that, fantastic experience.

Monthly plans unlimited car washes. Seriously you can go every day and they dont care. Or you can pay for just one at a time. If you get a monthly plan you can add cars to it for an additional fee per month.

Great place, free vacuuming for anyone. Clean convenient and you can get smog inspections too. Oh, and their new "flock" feature allows you to add more then one car to their monthly wash for just $10.00

When you have limited time, this is a great place to wash your vehicle. Far better than a gas station but not quite as clean as a full service car wash. Cant beat the free vacuum stations.

I mean they give me a wet wipe for the inside of my car and there carwash always seems to do the job. Be warned sometimes it can get super busy and backed up here.

The one at citrus heights is far better than this place. These people take money for protect and just do a regular car wash with water. Staff is friendly.

Great place to get your car vacuumed. Wash would be great except for the guide rail along the left tires; it can do some serious damage to nice rims.
